In 1883, Barney Kroger, with only $372, opened a grocery store in downtown Cincinnati. nasty beef n salmon

i used to go to kroger for fresh meet for bbq and everything else. the store on westheimer is getting worse and worse salmon and beef every month. i had to return salmon SEVERAL times, it was all nasty, sticky, but it looked all pink n fresh untill your open the plastic. today i spent $20 on beef, which expiration day was 10/23/2011, looking fresh and red. i came home, opened the plastic, moved the meet, it was Grey and Black inside! almost each and every piece. i tried to grill it, to boil it.. NASTY SMELL ! NASTY TASTE! i am unemployed and a single mom, i cant throw food away like that, but its impossible to eat, just its look would make you womit.

NO HELP!

Went there because the Randall's shut down next to where I live. Any ways I couldn't find a product, you think since this is a store I could MAYBE find someone to help me...Think not. Ended up roaming around the store for 10 min.couldn't find a sole.
Finally asked a girl at the self check out to help me find this product. She looked at me and said
"" Ya show u not see it on the aisle.""
Obviously I did not see it . That is why I am asking you! (what I thought in my mind)
She then went to the other quick check lane and started talking bad about me to the other employees in Spanish. She totally was pretending like she was asking them to help me. Just to let you know dear readers I know some Spanish . I told the rude you know what
"" Don't worry about it I will find I myself""
Note to manager: TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES WE LIVE IN TEXAS! MOST PEOPLE KNOW SPANISH! SO IF THEY WANT TO TALK CRAP ENGLISH OR SPANISH TAKE IT TO THE BACK!

WENT TO STORE AND FELL ..NO BODY HELP ME..THE LADY VERONICA WAS JUST LOOKING AT ME TALKING SHT...ABOUT WHY SHE WANT TO MAKE A REPORT ..BLAHABLAHBLAH..RUDE LADY AND APPEARANCE WAS NOT NEAT AT ALL...WAS WEARING A JACK IN THE BOX T-SHIRT...BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS EMPLOYEE AT 6 AM IN THE MORNING..ALL OF THEM WERE TALKING REALLY BAD A BOUT ME ..SARCASTIC...BAD SERVICE ..ASK WERE STORE MANAGER...THE LADY IN CHECK OUT REGISTER..SHE SAID HE IS AT HOME..RUDE RUDE

Poor Customer Service-good discount

Good discount for people 55+ years old. Poor customer service. Some employees can be surly and not very helpful, unfortunately. Calling to get help on the phone there can be in exercise in futility.

Dear Kroger Management,

I am writing to inform you of the exceptionally high level of service Brian in the Dairy department provided me. I want to say thank you to Brian in the Dairy Department for his determination and persistence in ordering Dannon Light & Fit Carb & Sugar Control in Blueberries & Cream and Raspberries & Cream. Brian worked diligently with Dannon and all the distribution channels to get this special request ordered because it was not something you stock in the store.

I would like to recognize Brian as an outstanding employee of the Kroger?s stores. Thank you again Brian for all that you have done to provide me with great options.

Below Average Service for Kroger

I love Kroger, don't get me wrong -

But THIS crew is the laziest bunch of people! I went to Customer Service one time to get a Kroger gift card. I arrived at 7:55 PM. I waited about 5 minutes for this lady to get done counting money. At 8:01, she asked me, ""What do you want?"" I said, ""I need a Kroger gift card.""

She looked at me and said, ""I can't do that after 8:00 PM.""

And this is just one incident. It's ALWAYS bad. The ONLY good service I have ever received at this location was when the executive team from headquarters was observing the employees!!!

This Kroger has lousy management and lazy, second-rate employees. (There are a couple good cashiers, but the Customer Service office is awful across-the-board.)

NOT RECOMMENDED.
