Titus acted with professionalism at first. His big seller was that tile is cut perfect. We got the tile, shorted a box, some were chipped out of the box, not all lined up evenly claimed they would. I wanted a morning start- Titus said "10 or 11 because they pick up materials first". I was okay with that. I had to call due to no one arriving. Stephanie said noon latest. Noon came-we got the excuse that they'd as multiple stops, which should have been planned when they set up our install. Then she said titus should have told us 9-12. We were NEVER told that. I called at 12 and was told 1230. Then 1, then 1:30. At 1:30 they arrived-prep was started. I can see tile is not all cut well-doesn't line up flush with other pieces in the box like in the sales pitch. His reference to 2nd quality was clearly a sales pitch we fell for- of course what's set up in store is what he uses to sell.
I've been asking for an invoice of labor, supplies, fees, taxes, and cc fee which is like pulling teeth.
