My fiance came here to get a cheaper version of the ring I wanted. The ring he had made from this place is poorly crafted, to say the least. Also, the diamonds they put on the side of the ring cut into my finger anytime I hit the ring up against something. I went to the store to see if they could help me, and they treated me like the dirt on the floor. First I was talking to a gentleman, and then Maggie interrupted our conversation. She was beyond unprofessional, and before I knew it, we were in a heated argument. Her solution for the diamonds stabbing my finger? Shave them off...That's right! Shave them off! How tacky! And since their wonderful return policy states the ring has to be returned within six days I am stuck with this poor excuse for an engagement ring until I want to pay for an upgrade. My advice to any man about to propose- avoid these CROOKS at all costs. Spend a little more in order to get a well made engagement ring that she will love.

Good service and nice people I found Houston Diamond outlet through searching the internet and reding reviews. Houston Diamond outlet had some honest prices and service that is friendly. Jay was great and I appreciate his help to choose my engagement ring. He stayed extra time after hours to help me find what I liked. I made an appointment at Houston Diamond Outlet before Christmas, because I planned to propose to my girlfriend during the holidays at her parents house. I wanted to make her jaw drop and impress her parents as well ;) It was not easy to decide on one particular ring, because Houston Diamond Outlet has a huge selection of engagement rings, but they were very friendly and answered all my questions. I finally decided to go for a beautiful diamond ring with paves all around, a halo and a princess cut center stone. I was amazed how great their prices were! I really recommend Houston Diamond Outlet for everyone, they made a difficult decision easy!

i bought a diamond tennis bracelet from houston diamond outlet in october. the prices are definately right and the service was professional.

The engagement ring my fiance bought from the Houston Diamond Outlet is beautiful. However, I have had such a negative experience with the staff at this location, that it is almost not worth it. The ring was sized too big and the diamond never rests on the top of my finger. When my fiance and I called to get information about resizing it, the owners did not return our calls, were constantly busy with other costumers, claimed they lost our paperwork, then ultimately accused us of harrassing them, after quoting us four to five days to resize the ring. The saleswoman compared the situation to my teaching job, saying "you are acting like a parent of a student in your class.. parents think every child is the most important and the smartest child that class.. you are not our priority, and it is the holiday season, you and your fiance need to stop calling."



Then, THREE WEEKS after my fiance put the ring on my finger, a pave stone from the band fell out and left a gaping yellow hole where the diamond should be! Naturally, I was extremely upset and frustrated, and when I brought the ring into the owner, he plainly stated that this was my fault and he did not "have to" fix it. He and I got so worked up, the woman needed to step in. She continued to embarrass me, upset me, and tell me to my face that I need to stop acting like I am the "most important customer". I would urge to anyone reading this NOT to buy a piece of jewelry from this store. They are able to make you feel like the most important customer the day that you buy it, but if something is to go wrong after the cash is checked, they make it clear that it is not their responsiblity, and I assure you they will make you feel insignificant and frustrated.

houston outlet has been my favorite jeweler for years! i bought my wife her engagement ring two years ago. they have the best prices in houston, half of retail store prices! they are friendly and make sure that you are happy with everything! i also bought my wife and my sister christmas gifts this year, beautiful diamonds studs, which would have cost me a fortune anywhere else, but not at houston diamond outlet! thank you, i will come back!
