This Company lies about there prices, there on time service, and clean cars. There address is not on 710 Louisiana or 711 Louisiand they are now say they are on 2800 S Post Oak and I don't believe that. I used them twice think the first time was a bad day for them. The second time I used them there car was different but the driver and car smiled of heavy smoke and body odor. The car was nasty and dirty both times. The drivers had an excuse both times why they was late. and still charged me more than they quoted me. I asked about there on time guarantee he said no credit because of bad traffic. I thought I would save money with this company but at the end the price was higher. There Limo Town Car Service and SUV Service Sinks. I Missed my Southwest Flight and had to make the next flight. Never again will I use this company.

According to this company's cancellation policy, that is clearly stated on their website, cancellations with 48 hours of notice will be refunded with a 0% fee and same-day cancellations will be refunded with a 10% fee. Regardless of their own policy, they refused to refund me the full amount of my order when I cancelled my reservation over a week in advance. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
