NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I could give then negative stars. These people almost got me fired from my job. My boss had a morning flight and needed to leave his hotel in Katy by 5:15 am. This car service never showed! My boss called and called, but nobody answered the phone. Now, he thinks I can't do my job. I made the reservation with a guy named Mike, that seemed more interested in talking at me about politics, than making the reservation. I should have known, but their price was right. In hindsight, I would have hung up the phone once he started barking about taxes and immigrants to me. He barked about how this company is ran by elderly people that just want to make money and how they have the lowest rates in town.. blah, blah, blah. What a jerk this guy is.

I have booked taxis all over the world but have never come across a taxi operative as rude as this. The customer service agent whom i spoke with to try and book an airport taxi used shocking language and swore at me. I've never experienced such rudeness in my life. obviously i did not book the taxi!

I AGREE STEER CLEAR OF THESE GUYS! Unprofessional and Rude When I called to find out why a car had not arrived, I was told by the dispatcher that he was getting a ‘lame brain’ excuse from the driver and that unfortunately he did not have anyone else in the area to send. Then when I asked to confirm that he was just going to do nothing, he hung up the phone. Had to use Uber and was almost late for my fight.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!. Mike accused me of booking 3 times after I called initially to set up, the second time I asked about a child car seat, and the third time I canceled. HE then proceeded to cuss me out with F.....! U B??????, F????? U B__TCH ! at the least 4 times, over and over. I AM STILL IN SHOCK.! Mike was abusive, obviously very short with me from the first time I called amongst other very bad phone manners to say the least. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! How can a company like this stay in business!!!! NEVER HAD SUCH AN EXPERIENCE AS THIS ONE! !!! HORRIBLE PERSON AND COMPANY!!!!!

Was to be at the airport to pick my husband up for a business trip that was prepaid and they never showed up.. Tryed to call both numbers no answer. I would never recommend them

Horrible company!! We had confirmed reservations (verbal and email) from Mike for a car to drive us to IAH from Friendswood. Called after they did not show and they said they did not have a car for us. Only made our flight because the flight was late leaving. Do yourself a favor and call anybody else.

I wish I had read this before wasting my time. Their quote on the phone was $15 over what was on the site because of "Obama" then they were going to charge $10 more for an additional stop 1 mile away...Okay.



When I called to confirm 2 weeks later they couldn't find my reservation, were going to charge me $10 more than the original quote, started talking about some $20 fee into the Port of Houston and then this same dude went on some "Obama" and Obamacare" rant. Yes, rant. I kid you not. What in the world the President has to do with me trying to book a transfer in Houston I'll never know, but in every way the interaction was either unprofessional, creepy or both.



Needless to say I booked my transfer with NCL instead with a price that stays the same! Go figure.



I'd stay far, far away from that "business" that doesn't know how to conduct business.

Yep, I wish I would have read this before I called - We booked this company to pick us up after a cruise. He called 20 minutes before pick up and told me the car had been rear-ended, was undriveable and he had no other cars.."sorry". Not that we believed him, but when I found out he told another cruise ship passenger this...ummm, yeah. Look elsewhere.

Oh my goodness i wish I would have read this before I called - just like the comment below - I called for a quote and the guy goes on to tell me how Obama is ruining the country and to enjoy being in poverty. What the ____?? who allows someone like that to answer their phones? I was only calling for a quote......... I am still in shock - who does that - and can stay in business

Sadly I didn't see these review either before calling. I was assured by "Mike" on a Monday that I had transportation to the airport on Thursday. When I called 30 minutes before pick up time on Thursday to confirm, he told me I wasn't in the system and they didn't have any vehicles available. Bad, bad service. I would give the no stars if I could.

I should have heed the warning from all of these less than stellar reviews. After traveling from Asia in the past 38 hours, and this guys did not live up to their On Time service guaranteed scam. I was at the airport for 3 hours post my arrival eventually settling for an alternate transportation mode. Rude operators. I can't believe this operation still in business.

Don't waste your time with this company! They gave us a quote of $120 one way. The driver showed up, didn't know how to use GPS of his. They were to pick us up at 9:30 am two days later. The night before, we get a call from "Mike" that they were cancelling our town car since they did not charge us enough on the trip out. We had to scramble to find a ride. They should not be in business. In YP.com, there is nothing but negative reviews. Help shut this **&&^ company down with the truth!

The owner called me a c*nt

Had a misunderstanding with this company. Tried to cancel my car, who ever I spoke with did not speak English well and did not understand me. He was very short and ride. The car showed up anyway, I went with another car. Got an email an hour later saying "f*ck you c*nt, don't call us again." Needless to say, this company is a joke. Stay away.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They quoted me two different rates for a ride to Hobby so I called the dispatch # when I got to the airport to confirm that I was charged the rate I had agreed to. The dispatcher must have gotten up on the wrong side of bed, or was still drunk from an all night bender because he was extremely rude and unprofessional, even cursing at me and telling me to 'use someone else' if I didn't trust them. Bizarre behavior. It took me by surprise and was so stupid it was funny. I had no issues with the driver who was prompt and professional but the nasty, rude old man in charge of dispatch, I think his name is Mike, is a total jackass and doesn't deserve to interface with the general public, much less in a customer service role. Avoid this company. The face (voice) of their company is an unprofessional yahoo and there are much better services out there.

Was emailed confirmation for pickup and called to make sure. Was told all was fine.. this morning, NO SHOW. No answer on the phone. Missed flight, had to reschedule. Worst service ever.

getting a quote

I just call to get a quote on transportation from hobby airport to Galveston. I was inform that this was a large company and the best rate. However the person proceeded to tell me how the rate was going up because of our president and I needed to book now. I just wanted a quote not a political opinion. So I booked elsewhere.

the man answers the phone and i ask if they pick up at any houston location or if they just drop off arrivals only. and the man says in the most country hick voice ever i quote "60 dollars min point A to B. and its thanks to OBAMA and over 1000 busniesses out of busniess thanks to OBAMA. it wasnt the toothfairy that did it. it was OBAMA!" TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL
