Momo is professional. I have enjoyed visiting this Houston Medical Imaging location. Momo is the best of the best. I decided to select a late appointment. Momo has the same positive and professional personality. I would highly recommend this location for imaging. Momo is simply awesome!

I have been to HMI on several occasions for imaging (both locations). I have always been treated with extreme kindness and respect. My family doctor is in another area and has other places he normally sends his patients. I always tell him to send my orders to HMI. I have been so pleased with their professional and compasionate treatment, I won't go any place else. I have had X-Rays, CT Scans, Ultrasounds & an MRI. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs imaging.

Friendly, efficient staff. My appt was for 6:30, and they were right on time. The MRI tech took the time to calm me down about having an MRI done, and did it with a sense of humor. The staff treated me like a person, and not as just another lost soul in the system. I'm glad I was referred to H.M.I to get my MRI done.

Fraudulent activities with insurance. I called into Houston Medical Imaging @ Richmond prior to my service to find out the average amount that I would have to pay due to my high deductible. The office informed me that I will have no payment, therefore, I called the insurance company (United Healthcare) to verify that, that information was correct. The insurance company confirmed that the office was correct. A few weeks later, I received a bill from the office stating that I have a balance. I appealed the my claim and there was no justice. Now I am stuck with a bill that I have to pay or else it will go to collection.

Horrible and unprofessional experience by xray techs. They blamed my mother as the reason why they couldn't work their xray machine. What a terrible, terrible experience. Will never ever go back. I am actually concerned that they could have hurt her. Awful.

Jackie at the front desk went ...

Jackie at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me and my loved one during these times. She treated us like royalty and took our worries away. It feels like going to see family when we have to get tests every 3 months. We never have any problems and if we do, Jackie is a phone call away. Actually, sometimes she gives us a call to ensure there is no problem. I can't recommend this facility enough because of people like her taking care of our loved ones. I can never appreciate her enough. My name is Dana Bryant. We tried the rest. Now we have the best. Thank you so much. Our situation does not allow for mistakes and I am very confident to put my medical needs in their hands.

Horrible! Fraudulent billers t...

Horrible! Fraudulent billers to insurance. I was told there would be no charge to me, as there was a verbal favor that had been called in, about an hour prior (while I was standing in my physician's office) to not charge me, due to my financial situation. My physician's assistant ALSO called the office to make sure and then to give the referral report - I got there and did not give them any insurance information, did not approve to bill any insurance, did not sign that I would pay, and was told literally "not to worry, there is no charge to you.' and yet, I guess the radiology physician that was supposed to do the favor got his boxers all muddy and the patients had to pay for it. I get a bill showing that they did bill my insurance AND that I owe them almost $500. I sent a letter (put everything in writing people or record your phone conversations people) and got no response, I called and got hung up on...so professional these people are. Wow! Speaking of professional, the 'Dr" on duty that day was soooo professional all he did was talk on his cell phone and lean up against the wall giggling like a little boy and then proceeded to hug all over his lady friends like he was Rico Suave. I am not kidding. He never got off of his cell phone while I was waiting to be seen and when I was done, he was sitting behind the front desk still chatting it up.
