I'm very disappointed about my visit for Service. I had an appointment at 11:15 AM on Aug 10. I promptly arrive at 11 AM. The Service Advisor quoted me a price of roughly $190 for the 30,000 Miles Services and I advised that online the price for the 30,000 Miles Services was $100. I pulled out my phone and went through scheduling an appointment and then showed him the price. Anyway, at 12:45 PM, I approached my Service Advisor and asked for a time frame. He looked out the window and said I'm next. What! I been here almost 2 hours and nothing has happened to my vehicle. That is unacceptable. A complete waste of my valuable time. The excuse was we have some lifts being installed and are a little backed up. I don't care what you're having installed. You could have told me that from the get go, and I could have pushed my meeting a little further out. I gave them an opportunity to WOW me sort of say and they refused so here's the review..
Do Not go to this dealership if you want honesty. My " sales consultant " was Nick Cruz-Montoya. He assured me that my financing went through on a 2013 upgraded Challenger. One of the sales managers Walter Thomas even came out and assured me that he could put me in this car. Nick insisted i take the car home overnight and come back the next morning to sign my papers with the finance dept. I get there and suddenly Nick comes to me and says he has BAD NEWS...He suposedly transposed a number on the Stock Number for the car and the car they approved me for was really a 2012 Base Model Challenger. What a coincidence that it would be the same make and model but a huge downgrade with a $7,000.00 price difference!!! HUGE WASTE OF TIME...
I recently purchased a pre owned vehicle from Gulf Gate Dodge. Not only was I satisfied with the excellent customer service but I got a great deal... Andrew Cordova best salesman hands down. I was referred to him and the dodge staff and would refer them to anyone purchasing a new/ pre owned vehicle ... The entire experience for a first time buyer was a great one and I look forward to doin business with them in the future
The staff at Gulfgate treated me like family and didn't pressure me to purchase what I couldn't afford. once the deal was closed, Jeff Pason was great at keeping me updated on any changes and went out of his way for me, but the entire team helped. Mr. Davis, the president, didn't just sit behind his desk, he spoke to me and my family and made sure Jeff took care of us. If your looking for a family like environment where they care about your needs, GO to Gulfgate Dodge!

I purchase 2010 Chrysler Sebring from GulfGate Dodge on Februaury 28, 2012, I like the car it self, But not Happy of them selling me this car knowing all of the problem before they sold it to me this car have gave me nothing but problem and still having the same problems with the car and with the Service Department they are horrible after experiening all the problems, I advise no one to go their for purchases. I took this car back to Gulfgate Dodge 3 times and one time to Planet Dodge in Humble and they saying the same thing they can't find nothing telling me nothing is wrong, The only thing they said they fixed was the Windsheild motor that harming again so after hearing my windsheild wiper this morning, i refuse to let it rest, i am sick and tried of them. They have no problem getting my DOWN PAYMENY of 2,000...And they have nerous to be on a gospel channel advertising Bussiness........ Oh and one more thing they offed to put me in another car but trying to sell me another car 7,000 to 8,000 more then what i already had and asking for another DOWN PAYMENT of another 2,000. Which I have already gave them for this piece of CRAMP!! My sale person said he was going to look for me some else to this Day I still haven't heard from James Jones, And the guy John John is a lairer to he the one thats on the radio, John John told me with the purchase of any car you have to pay a another down payment which is a lair because peoples get cars for NO MONEY DOWN can't believe he freaking told me that. And the only in the Service Deparment the depend on is a freaking machine, And Alean Johnson the Service manager and Mr. Earier thats over him, I have not heard back from them two which tell me alot about this bussiness.....If the machine say no code then thats what they going by evening after driving my car each time and putting miles on my car for them to tell me nothing wrong. Peoples please dont think you have to a DOWN PAYMENT for a car, I see them as being a rip off. But As God say, Im not thought with them yet.
