I am a disabled Caucasian Jew Senior. After explaining I needed adaptive accomodations, I went to the Cafe to buy juice-the black female attendent refused me service. She walked off from the register as I was trying to pay her. When I tried to get some help from a Manager, I was told I was being BLOCKED FROM TAKING THE TICKET I HAD JUST PAID FOR BECAUSE A BLACK BUS DRIVER I HAD NEVER SEEN HAD STATED HE WAS DENYING ME SERVICE BECAUSE I HAD CURSED HIM OUT. MY FINDINGS WERE THAT GREYHOUND HAD A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THEM FOR DISABILITY NON COMPLIANCE AND REFUSAL OF SERVICE FROM THE LATE 90's until just last February. The Houston Metro has been reported to the Harris County DA's Office for the same Conduct Violations. No one has been available for comment. Even the black female taking the complaint was overtly condescending and abrasive. I found a black female ticket taker to be of the same anti-white man customer service type. All Whistleblowers were punished by denial of service.
