Glens Apartments

I had a horrible experience with management while living at The Glens also. During the time I lived there (2008-2011) the manager had left and the new manager was/is much worse. In fact, the treatment was shockingly rude. I even forfeited my deposit by requesting an early lease termination just to get out of there. It cost me a lot to move, especially considering I wasn't going to be receiving my deposit refund. It was worth it to live in a courteous, peaceful environment again.

The apt manager at these apartments VIRGINIA is a horrible manager. After you move in I hope you NEVER need anything. She will not talk to you without walking away in mid conversation. I moved in a couple months ago and went through hurricane Ike here at the complex.. the manager has not done anything to help any of the residents. She has givin the kids a hard time for playing outside and being 'too loud'.



I would not recommend living here unless you can repair things in your apt by yourself and hopefully never need anything from the management company who she will not even tell you who they are.



This is a time to come together and being a new resident here I see her as the only one that is NOT! I think I've made a bad choice but I have a while left before my lease is up so I'm stuck!!
