Have had a case with them for 2 years. Spoken with at least 10 people. They transfer the case to other people and don't even tell you, never do they call you to update you on the case. Really rude people, the ones who "speak" Spanish have the worst Spanish I've ever heard. Just the worst and most stressing experience, if I could, I would give zero stars.
