Forest West Animal Clinic

Took my dog here for the first time for an ear infection. The receptionist was very friendly and knowledge. She fit me in even though i did not have an appointment. I did end up waiting for over an hour to see the vet. he was very thourgh and gave my dog a full exam. The vet techs were also very nice. They gave my dog lots of affection and treats and he loved it. I got the medications he needed but thought the price was a little high.

I would recommend Dr. Donna Griggs at Forest West Animal Clinic on Antoine. She takes care of our herd and we really trust her.

Dr Flores is awesome doctor...my babies love their doctor.he always make them feel better..We also love the staff their very friendly.

The facility is really nice, clean, bright and cheerful. There are cameras in each room and parents can watch their children from a computer or mobile device for a monthly fee. There are also extracurricular activities (tumbling, dance, music, art, soccer and more) offered so children can get extra enrichment during school hours. They also offer chapel for the kids where faith is introduced to them in such a fun and engaging way. We have had some fantastic teachers in addition to ones who weren't the right fit for us, but no matter what, the school has worked with us to find the perfect fit. Most important: our kids enjoy their time there and truly believe the staff loves them. Can't thank them enough for working with me to give me peace of mind that my kids are happy and thriving.

Really great service and was very patient with my English Bulldog who was a little scared .

Dr. Flores is such a kind and gentle soul. Animals and people can't help but to just love and trust him.

My husband purchased his first motorcycle from here about a month ago. They were so friendly and helpful, and we got a great deal. They didn't mind our 6 year old sitting on a bike the whole time, and thought it was hilarious when she said she wanted to go FAST!! Lol Very family friendly, the absolute best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had.

Dr. Flores is so special even my picky Kisses loved him. Don't know his bedside manner because a few complainers ruined it for everyone. However, he was friendly, easy to understand and patient. Besides if my baby likes him, I like him.

Thank God we found such an excellent Doctor (s) for our fur babies. My husband Lee Cerda and i are beyond thankful for all the Nurse Vets and everyone who that works and is involved in the care of our pets.Dr Griggs is amazing (please forgive me as i forgot the name of the other wonderful Dr that has also been amazing) They always call to remind us about appts, and for the well being of our 4 legged children. everyone is sweet understanding, down to earth and truly sweet i can't say enough. The trust we have towards our fur children's Dr's and the care and concern their Dr's have is beyond a blessing. Thank you Forest West Animal Clinic and Dr's for all your dedication:)

Forest West Animal Clinic is one in a million. Dr. Griggs and Dr. Flores are professional, but they also have the wonderful caring touch that is so natural for both of them. And, what an awesome staff! Their love for our pets is so evident. Being a native of the Oak Forest area, and having owned at least 2 dogs at a time for the last 46 years, I have known many of the vets in our area at some point. In my opinion, your clinic rates highest in care, quality, and honesty.

Dr Griggs and her staff are the best. She truly cares and that is rare anymore. Been using her for years now.

There are not enough good things I can say about Dr. Griggs and her team. They are absolutely wonderful. Not only does she genuinely care for my pets but she is amazing with my children. My oldest son is eight and has autism. He is always full of so many questions. Dr. Griggs is eager to answer them all, and there's a lot. She even lets him listen to all our animals heartbeats. She makes him feel special and to him that means a lot! To me it means the world! I will never take any of my animals to any other doctor!
