I recommend that you stop and run before you buy from this chain. They sell defaulted products; they do not stand behind their products. I bought tile for my home, within a few days it started breaking. They gave me 7 tiles to replace the ones that had broken. Within 4 months I had holes and pits all over my kitchen and den. When I called and spoke with their manager he flatly refused any help in any way yelling at me. I had a third party come in and look at the tile to see how much to fix and why it was breaking. Low and behold....the tile was manufactured poorly... the fill in the travertine was not done with the proper grout. Impossible to detect until it started breaking. AFTER installation.



You would think that I would be treated like anyone spending money in their store. WRONG- They said sorry. Not our fault. I have pictures to prove my case but since I am not a CERTIFIED flooring inspector mine or anyone elses ‘expertise is null and void. Try and find a certified flooring inspector in Houston, Good luck. But you had better have one because when your floor starts falling apart you will need one.

This is the kicker, the manager made a report to my credit card company and said nothing but lies on how things went between our conversations. I can’t fight lies but I can warn others and that is what I am doing now. RUN RUN RUN
