First Community Credit Union

Nice people who mean well but who have no idea what they're doing. We were very disappointed because we really looked forward to having a good financial institution nearby that offered better rates and seemed to have better service. My mother had a car loan with them. After she passed away it took over a week for them to handle a simple sale of the car; they had no idea what they were doing and wanted to charge sales taxes on the outstanding balance instead of the sales price. Then it was another hassle and two trips to the bank including one to HQ just to close my mother's account even though I was joint owner and was the executor of her estate. A real mess of a bureaucracy. Stay away.

The folks at First Community Credit Union, I think they like me. They are all welcoming and helpful. Wow, the location on 529 is beautiful. The use of the computer stations are convienient....The right combination of tech and people.
