Do Not Sign Up for a Monthly Program

Faces 365 provides a great experience - this is not in question.\r \r However, I would caution anyone against signing up for their monthly facials program. Trying to get out of the program is like trying to escape imprisonment. Then, once you have finally been approved for cancellation, they STILL charge you one more time. \r \r If you want to sign up for one facial every now and again, I don't think you would be wasting your money, but the monthly facials program has terms that are far less than desirable.

Not worth the money or time

My experience here was awful. I’m not one to write reviews, but I really was ticked off. First of all when I get to my appointment 10 before the designated time, one of the girls at the front desk tells me she has to reschedule me because I was late. I told her what time I made my appointment. She asked me my last name….I guess she never thought to ask my last name before being rude and telling me I was late. Another lady by the name Lisa was late. That was the first thing that threw me off. \r \r I paid for a 50 minute facial…..the introductory facial. It lasted a whole 30 minutes with the girl talking the WHOLE time. This was the WORST facial I have EVER had. She was a nice girl, but talked way too much. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience. Another thing that really ticked me off was the girl talk to much and had HORRIBLE dental hygiene. It’s smelled like something died in her mouth. Again, she was sweet, but talks way too much with horrific breath. This was a horrible experience and not worth the money. I tried another place that just blew this place out of the water. I got a deal off of one of those Groupon like websites and it was a pleasant and delightful experience. I have been going to that place ever since. I’m not going to promote that place, but for the record it’s an hour long and you get a mini massage for the same price if you pay in advance. I would never recommend this place. Actually, I’ve told people who wanted to try it; not to waste their money or time. This place makes you feel like they’re herding cattle. \r

Not Quite Right

I tried the $50 facial today and was open to joining because I liked the concept of a day spa experience at a Vietnamese nail place price. I didn't join. The facialist seemed inexperienced, and I didn't trust her skin care advice. The 50 minute facial was actually 40 minutes. Afterward she brought in a half dozen bottles of Faces 365 product to sell me. Nothing special.

I experienced Faces 365 during their opening weekend in December. I then went out and told as many people as I could (and can) because I love this place!\r \r Having received facials and microdermabrasion from other spas, I must say that Faces 365 outperforms those places at half the cost!\r \r I also purchased some of their products. Having used Aveda products for years, I have now completely switched to the Faces 365 line because of the way it makes my skin feel and look.

All I have to say is thank goodness for this place. I wasn't sure what to expect for a 49.99 facial, so I was hoping just to be able to relax. But this place is nice. And I left educated about what to do for my SKIN. And more clear on what my issues are and what I need to do at home to help. And it shows!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The massage was the best, Stacy has great hands. So again thank you to the staff and faces. Can't wait to come back.

I've had facials at several spas around town, but at Faces 365, they really take your skin care seriously! My technician took the time to educate me about my conditions, like sensitive skin, acne etc......OMG!!!! What a difference just one facial made! I can not wait to make my appointmet each month! Incredible Place even for men!

I love this franchise. I don't have to worry about being seen by everybody in the place while getting a facial, teeth whitening, or certainly waxing! The place is besutiful, the service is impeccible, and the prices are incredibly low for the high level of service.\r Let others waste their money at the overpriced stuffy places. I'm not to proud to save lots of $$ while getting just as good as if not better then the jacked up price places!

\r Faces 360 just opened a few weeks ago and I was one of their first clients. The prices are fair and the atmosphere is relaxing. They offer a a good line of skin products at reasonable prices and I think their services will improve as the staff becomes more experienced. I particularly liked their approach and the fact that they weren't too ""selly"".

I tried FaceLogic in December and thought about joining since the price is so good. I saw Faces365's sign off of the freeway and googled them to find out more. I had my trial appointment this past week and it was TONS better than my experience at FaceLogic. Dzenita was very knowledgeable and professional. I liked that they took a photograph of my face and analyzed it for pigmentation, redness, wrinkles and pores. Now I'll be able to see any progress my skin will make with monthly facials. The atmosphere was relaxing and I preferred the closed doors to the curtains at FaceLogic. And if I decide I don't like it down the road, I just give a 30 day written notice and I'm free to part company. It seems low-risk and high-reward to me.

At my first visit, I had the most relaxing time. I also signed up for the membership I liked it that much which will come in handy monthy. I can't wait for my next appointment and the dollar value is VERY reasonable.

A girlfriend of mine recommended Faces365 and she was right. Very relaxing, fun and awesome staff. They informed me about the products and educated me but never pushed to make a sell. I will definitely be going back.

I have been trying on many spas in West Houston area. Some of them are very costly even though their service are excellent. So I could not afford to go there so often. All of them went out of business. Some of my neighbor spa do not have good total service with products and services and not so professional. But Face365 have all those qualifications.\r \r I signed up as member on the same day I had facial at the first time because the price is so affordable and I new I could continue coming here. And I cancel my massage membership because as woman I could take care my face and relax at the same time as the same price with my massage membership. .

As a relative newcomer to skin care and treatment, I was not sure what to expect. Faces365 turned out to be hosted by gracious, welcoming staff. Nichola was delightful. I enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing facial and was given careful, knowledgeable guidance for at-home skin care. The prices were surprisingly reasonable - I recommend signing up for one of the membership packages. I am looking forward to giving myself this monthly treat.

Faces365 is a wonderful concept. With the economy in the state that it is, most people are cutting back on the luxuries of life like facials, massage, visits to the nail spa, and even the hair salons. With the affordability of Faces365 your skin does not have to suffer. I can still go to a beautiful place with experienced estheticians and get an excellent facial with good products and not lose the quality that I get in the more expensive day spas. When I saw the prices in the brochure, I wondered about the quality of the service, but my introductory facial solved that problem. It was one of the best facials I've ever had at any price. My aestician was very professional and highly skilled and well as gentle and soothing. I hated to have it end. The good news is that I joined so I will be enjoying various treatments every month and I know my face will appreciate it.\r \r I would highly recommend this to women of all ages. What a treat for yourself!

An amazing find

I am in love with this place. I've always loved facials, but they were always so cost prohibitive. Not anymore! Now, I spend less on my facials then I do getting manicures. Since I've started getting facials on a monthly basis, people have stopped to compliment me on my skin. That NEVER happened before- also, I am so excited to try out dermabrasion during my next appointment. Normally, it costs more than $130, but it is just an add-on to your regular facial for almost nothing.

I discovered that facials are not just for females. I have to admit that I was a bit timid about going to have a facial as a guy, but quickly found out that the staff at Faces365 really know what they are doing and immediately made me feel comfortable. They are knowledgable and really educated me about how to take better care of my skin - do's and don'ts, and I thoroughtly enjoyed the experience enough to become a member. I also found out that quite a few of their members and guests are guys, so no need to feel awkward! I would very much recommend it if you are at all concern with gaining and maintaining great skin.
