Extra Space Storage

I've been with them for 3 months. When i got there i signed up for Auto pay so i could pretty much forget about remembering to pay them. Well 3 months later they have yet to actually complete the auto pay so of course even though it is their fault i owed an extra $10 dollars for the late fee PLUS the lock they put on your unit so you can't get to yourself. On top of that I went to my unit to get some really important forms and well what do you know it was locked but they didn't even bother calling me i had to call them. Then the next day i got a letter in the mail. It happened again too but this time i paid them the money and went a couple days later to put things in my unit and the lock was off everything looked good. I told them i would be moving out soon. So 2 days later i drive by to put more things in there and what do you know the lock is back... Can't get into my unit let alone the gate. They disabled my pin number. So save youself the fusteration and find another place.
