Eric Perez Salon

First of all, I just moved to Houston few months ago and I was looking for a hair salon when I found a groupon for Eric Perez Salon, which I bought it but then when I tried to schedule appointments it was very frustrating. Every time I called they would say they were booked because of so many groupons they sold and asked me to call back in a week or so...

I tried to call many times but I also travel often for work so I end up not using the groupon and when I realized it was already expired. Today I called the salon to try to explain my situation and see if they would be kind enough to accept my groupon even tough was expired since ...was not my fault that I couldn’t schedule an appointment before. For my surprise the person who answered the phone said they would not honor the offer and I could use the groupon but had to pay the difference of the actual price. The person was very rude and said: that’s how it is... you had 3 months to use the groupon so there is nothing I can do and hang up the phone. After few hours I decided to call back and ask for Eric Perez because I would imagine he didn’t know his employee was acting so rude and thought he would be more caring about a customer. Again, what was my surprise?? Eric answered the phone and told me that he was the person who I spoke before!!! He just didn’t care if I wasn’t happy.... so I was trying to ask his understanding and compromising and he was just plain and rude again like he doesn’t need more customers.

Then, I said I was going to write a review of my bad experience and he said: Go ahead!!! Obviously he doesn’t need new customers.... he didn’t care that I was unhappy.... He didn’t care that I tried to book the appt many times but they were booked...he didn’t care that I travel for work what makes my schedule complicated.... he didn’t care that I could become a new customer for life....HE ONLY CARES ABOUT THE MONEY....THE MONEY YOU WILL PAY FOR HIM TO CUT YOUR HAIR!! I DONT EVEN KNOW IF HE IS GOOD OR BAD.....BUT HIS ATTITUDE WAS AWFUL AND CARELESS.

Dont waste your time with this place!!!!
