I was hugely disappointed with the service at the Enterprise located onsite at Munday Chevrolet, 17800 North Freeway, Houston, TX 77090.
The employee running the office, Ebony was ""out back washing cars"" for 40 minutes during my pickup appointment time. I made an appointment with Ebony the day before stating that I had a service appointment at 7:30 am with Munday Chevrolet (onsite). She in turn made me a car rental pickup appointment for 7:30 am. I arrived at 7:30 am, dropped my car off with Louis in service and was directed about 20 feet to the Enterprise desk. There was a note on the desk ""Out back washing car will return shortly, Thanks Ebony."" I waited 10 minutes and there was no sign of her. I asked the Munday Chevrolet receptionist to page her. The page was ineffective. I walked back to service and asked a service manager for help, he just placed another ineffective page. I asked the receptionist for help again and she said I would have to call Enterprise Corporate. 40 minutes from my arrival time Ebony returned to the desk. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience, she didn't offer to accomodate the 40 minute delay in any way. I addressed it with her and she said that it was my fault for not being at the Enterprise desk at precisely 7:30 am. The desk is about 5 to 10 feet away from the service curb. Are you kidding me? I asked to speak with her manager. She said I would have to call him from my personal phone and she gave me a number that just went to an automated system. I noticed that a person by the same name as her manager, Ewan had just called through on her phone. I asked her to have her manager, Ewan call me and I have not heard back. Horrible service, no accountability, no apology for the unnecessary 40 minute wait and no call back from her manager. I am so disappointed.
