        Overall

        The service is great, the people were great, & the price was ok. The only real problem is corporate: the morons put 2 keys together on a loop of cable. Cedric says they don't lose as many. I get it the bigger and more obnoxious the key is the less likely it id to loose. So clip it to a big red plastic tag like hotel rooms used to have.

        Good:

        Service people are ALWAYS friendly and treat you like family. ..especially the Manager Cedric. He will handle any task you place before him. I also love the fact that I they make you feel valued and not just another person with a reservation.

        Bad:

        They are not as prompt as they should be when having a vehicle ready..This is a busy location however they need to keep in mind that customers have busy schedules and would like to get in and out when renting a car.

        Make sure you take all pictures of damages and ask them to mark on car condition paper correctly and properly. Otherwise, they won't mark correctly on paper when you check out the car and not informing you the initial damages. When you return the car, they will claim your responsibility for the initial damages. Be careful when you do the business with this location. I'm a victim of the scam.
