Getting a car from Houston's IAH airport was a breeze! No waiting, and a great car for very little money! Way to go Enterprise!

If all the enterprises were like the one in Houston in terms of customer service Enterprise would have no problems ever!!! El Paso and San Antonio enterprise needs to take a few lessons.

I have been doing business with Enterprise for years. They have always been my favorite . I love this location because of the convenience in hours, location and staff. We have had a few unpleasant incidents with them :however they made things right! That I really appreciate. I have always been a big fan of their customer services ! Their cars are always dependable and I use them frequent so that I can travel to visit my family in my hometown. I felt like i cheated on them when i had to use pay less and hertz's . I could defiantly tell the difference in the over all services . I truly Thank Enterprise for an excellent job!

Online reservation is so Awesome! Very short and to the point. Arriving to front counter. I was greeted by a nice representative and directed me to the counter awaiting was another smiling rep. Who was so patient with me. Outstanding service as well when I arrived to select a vehicle, young was so kind and gave me several car selections, no long wait at all. I was in and out!

I got the exact car that I wanted (Dodge Challenger), which made my trip even better! Everyone from check in to check out was super friendly and the cost was very competitive with those who claim to be less. Great experience here! Highly recommended!!

The simplicity of renting a vehicle from Enterprise is fantastastic. If things do not go my way, I stress. Not with Enterprise. 5 star all the way

At first I was impressed by the attendants friendliness. She took me to what seemed to be a descent Toyota. I even tipped her. But after I got In The car and drove off, I noticed how soiled the passenger seat was. A smell. Two cracks in windshield. And no floor mats. Plus driver side floorboard carpet very worn. She said she had already noted damages so I just took pictures and let it go. My husband suggested I return it fir another since we were paying a crazy amount for an awful car. But my son n law was at MDA, my dsughtercwirjingvabdctrymgvto move and I had to care for my grandbaby. So no time!! I called abdchadctobkeaceca voicemail but never returned call.. I needed the car extra days too so I called shin. No return. I called the 855 number and he only stated the new charges and said sorry about car condition. Never offered a discount orbits puck car up. When's returned the car I told story to attendant. Nothing but sorry. Back to hertz. Lesson learned. $850 a week later.

Our family was completely satisfied with the service we received from the team at IAH. We flew in last week for a trip to Corpus Christi. The team was professional and efficient. We will definitely use them again. I was grateful to have the same level of service I've come accustom to here in Indiana.

Reserved a full size suv (tahoe) on the 1st week of January online as we were moving and needed a big covered trunk to move some boxes and to also fit a large family in. Arrived at iah and no full size suv waiting. they offered us a suburban but i had to decline as my wife, at 5'2, wouldnt be able to drive this behemoth! The attendant said that's all they had and couldnt offer me an explanation as to why my "tahoe" or similar wasnt available. having no recourse and exhausted from a 12hr trip, i had to settle for a small, chintzy Nissan pickup truck with cigarette burns on the seats and a broken fuel lid. As luck would have it, it rained the whole week and our move was badly hampered as we couldnt avail of the exposed bed and the small cabin. Upon returning i had asked the small black lady at the counter as to why i had to pay the same price originally stated for a full size suv, towards the small pickup truck. She said that they're all the same price! and that that happens regularly! I said, then why would I book a regular car when i could book a more expensive car for the same price as a small one?!? She said that's how it is!

I said ok. Nothing I could do about it.

Except, I proceeded straight to Hertz and rented from them and never again on Enterprise!

I rented a standard size vehicle during the recent Thanksgiving week. As with past experiences, I was extremely pleased with the friendly customer service I have come to enjoy with enterprise rentals, as well as the expedited ease of rentals. In fact, I almost exclusively use Enterprise during my travels, even if their rates are not the lowest. However, their rates are almost always very competitive with their competitors. Accordingly, I highly recommend Enterprise.
