I had all my work did there and it was great i had not been to the dentist in quite a while but i was pain free and they took great care of me so with that thank you everybody at woodlake dental i will be back soon.

Great Doctor & Staff = Excellent 1st visit
I saw Dr. Rassner for my 1st visit in April. I hadn't been to a dentist in over 5 yrs because of the bad experiences I've had. Dr. Rassner & his staff treated me with such care & comfort that it was hard to believe that I was actually getting a root canal. I did notice the other review on him about his financial person & I have to say I completely disagree. Maria treated me with respect & my charges were exactly right, according to my contract with Cigna PPO. Unfortunately a root canal is not something I wanted to pay for, but I must say this doctor & his staff made it all worth it.

Tendency to overcharge
The dentist is good but the lady he has who does the costing (Maria) is just plain old heartless. She tends to overcharge, ie. enter charges twice or double charge, so beware. Always check her pricing line by line. I don't know if she does it on purpose to earn the dentist more money or if she is just plain careless. Either way, you might end up paying more than you should simply because someone is not doing her job properly.
If you ever decide to reschedule, don't do it with Maria. She will yell at you and tell you what an inconvenience you are. I had intended to do all my dental work with this dentist because he is good at what he does but after dealing with Maria a few times, I decided to do my dental work elsewhere. Too bad, the other staff are nice. -

Wonderful service, great staff!, Had a very pleasant experience here, I would and will recommend Dr. Rassner to all my friends and family.
