As someone who works here, this place is terrible and shady. I work in the vacuum area and the very first day I started work I got reprimanded for "being too perfect and going too slow". Say what?! It's wasn't even busy and it's not like cars were lining up waiting. I thought I was doing the right thing by taking pride in my work and actually taking the proper amount of time to properly clean people's vehicles but apparently they just want us to do a quick sweep and push the cars through. Then afterwards, I was hearing that people were complaining about their cars still being dirty and then I got bitched at again for not cleaning them well enough, even though I was still taking the time to clean them properly but knew that other workers weren't.

On top of that, for the last several WEEKS I've been scheduled to work and have made it a point to go to bed early, wake up early, make a 30 minute WALK to work ever day (because of car issues) and I am forced to stand in a very small break room with only 1-2 chairs and several people in there, whom by the way are mostly mexicans that don't even speak ANY English, and they refuse to clock me in and let me work and I usually only stick around for 1 hour until I decide to WALK back home because I'm not going to wait there all day long until they decide they finally need me and clock me in. They schedule me for 8AM and then make me wait around until it gets busy enough for them to allow me to work. Ridiculous, right?!?

I was also told that I wouldn't get my first paycheck when everyone else did because I started late in the pay period and they would put that pay on the next paycheck. So 2 weeks goes by and I get my first paycheck and realize that it's quite a bit lower than I expected so I went and talked to management and asked them if I would get retropay on my NEXT paycheck because this obviously was not correct. Sure enough, I DID have another paycheck (the first one I was told I wouldn't get because I started late) and they were just holding on to it and never told me ANYTHING about them having it. I guarantee they were just hoping I wouldn't notice or say anything and they could just keep my money after awhile.

All in all, this is a very shady and crappy business. I can't wait to find something else for work.

The service manager is a bullcrap artist tried to tell me dex cool was rust. I may have been born at night but not last night. I called him on it and he floundered. As for the car wash I went there with my dog. Last time I checked a paying customer doesn't need to be cursed at in Spanish. I don't speak it but I understand it. I knew they were cursing about my dog why was it any of their business is beyond me. I didn't leave a tip. No use bringing it to the managers attention he's Hispanic too.

RIP OFF!!!!

Do not go to get your car inspected here. They told my daughter that she needed to get all her fluids changed and her spark plugs changed in order for it to pass. This was after it had already passed the emissions test. Mike the lube tech was trying to take advantage of a young girl without any knowledge of the inspection criteria. This is a deplorable action on their part, and the reason mechanics get a bad rap in general.

Rip off

I paid for services I did not get which is theft. Took it in to get my oil changed which cost $69.99 for a VW. They never replaced the original filter from the dealership . Which has the VW logo on it. They use penzoil filters per their employee. Well to my surprise I discovered the rip off when I took my car to an honest lube shop who gave me the filter. The oil was horrible and I have potential damage to my engine. I am so disgusted with Elite and will never go there again !

What auto repair

Horrible, horrible, horrible does not even describe this piece of crap company and mechanics. Never in my life have I ever dealt with such incompetence! And this was the manager and his side kicks! Where did they go to school for auto repair! First it took hours.....hours to do a hour and in half job! Then it took more trips to fix it! 3 times a charm?!?! I cannot believe Mr. Mun the owner still has this place open with such fools running it! Do no go here! I repeat stay away or you'll be sorry like I was! Absolutely the worst! One star is to much! I should of heed the advice of another customer they left stranded after just changing a fuel filter on a diesel engine!!! Totally disrespected and coped attitude in me and then wanted to use race card! OMG!!!!

I guess I'm the only one so fa...

I guess I'm the only one so far who's had a good experience with them. I take my car pretty often for the $5 basic wash, and they do a good job of pre-scrubbing and thoroughly wiping it down after the wash, much better than you'd ever get from a gas station. The $13 cleaning of inside and out is also definitely worth the money. I've been there probably 20 times and never had a problem, and my kids love going inside and getting popcorn while we wait on the interior cleaning.

I took my wife's car to Elite ...

I took my wife's car to Elite Car Wash to be cleaned yesterday. As I approached the guide bars onto the conveyor I heard a pop noise. I've heard this in my truck before as it is aligning the tires on the conveyor. The attendant's eyebrows raised indicating his awareness of the noise. I had multiple cars behind me and when I exited the wash I had no option but to keep moving. I live about 5 minutes away, so when I got home I took a look and sure enough the tire sidewall was gouged and the wheel was damaged. I immediately called and spoke to Cece the manager at Elite Car Wash. She said she would check the tunnel and call me back. She did. She said that there was nothing wrong with the tunnel and her employees don't remember anything happening. She also did not want to see the damage and told me since I drove offsite there was nothing she could do. I asked her to show me video of the car as it loaded the wash. She had nothing..... I drove back to Elite Car Wash and took a photo of the loading area where the wheel was damaged. Oh, and I saw the attendant and questioned him. He said "yeah I heard the noise". Nothing like lying to the customer. After an 8 minute conversation with her, she said I'm sorry there is nothing I can do and HUNG UP ON ME. Great Customer Service Elite Car Wash. The conclusion: The protective plastic piece that protects the wheel from being damaged is worn right down to the steel. Improper Maintenance. Elite Car Wash needs a new maintenance plan.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Took car in yesterday (8/22) for an interior detail. Woke up to a passenger seat covered with a 75% water stain. Took it back today on 8/23 for them to fix it. They did, but then, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR CONSENT OR REQUEST, they ran my car through the car wash with the sunroof OPEN!!! The best the manager, Wes, could do was offer me a $20 gift card towards future purchases. Now, Wes, if you were smart, you would have credited me the $60 that I spent yesterday and then made an offer for future services. Wes, you ain't no business manager!!! I don't think you realize the power of the customer!

Do yourselves a favor, avoid ELITE CAR WASH & LUBE at all costs!!!!!

If I could give a NEGATIVE star rating, I would have!!!!!!

My daughter and I brought her car in for a transmission service. It is called a pan service. One of the services that they offer is a free car wash with any work done to your car. As far as I can tell for now the pan service went just fine. Here is the problem. My daughter had a problem with her passenger door that would not allow you to open the door. I failed to mention this to the service department because we were not having any work done on the doors or interior of the car. Honestly, it just didn't occur to me to mention this to them. At some time during the 18 hours that they had the car, the door was forced open and destroyed the fender in the process. I don't mean a little bit of damage was done. I would have accepted a small amount of damage. I mean the fender was crushed by the door being forced open. I spoke with Sidney (shop manager) and Wesley (general manager) and they took no responsibility for the damage. The damage was done either on 6/4/12 or 6/5/12. I was able to speak to the owner of the business on the phone, but he said that he could not make it to the office to meet with me until 10:00am on 6/7/12. I told him that it would be difficult for me to meet at 10:00am due to my work schedule but I would do it. My daughter and I were there a little early and went inside to meet with him. He was not there and through a message from an employee, I was offered to meet at 1:00pm. He knew that would not work for me. I asked for insurance information to make a claim and the management refused to give me the info that I requested.
