This place is the worst. Had a large move scheduled, they got the date wrong and the quote was over estimated by about 7k. The sales rep and management that are awful. The actual packers and movers were fantastic. Use Scobey for SA moves.. they moved the 2nd part of our stuff. They were much better!
We would never use this EDC again, or recommend. My wife and I use EDC (Atlas Moving) to move out of state. We had to continually call the rep in order to get a comment for a truck. They arrived with a truck preloaded with another load ... meaning they could not take all of our belonings. This meant our boxes were crammed and flipped every which way in order to make things fit. We eventually discovered this resulted in much damage to our personal belongings. When the truck arrived, the driver practically DUMPED our belongings so that he could be on his way ... resulting in more damage. We have contacted Atlas Moving regarding the unprofessionalism, but we have not received a response.
do not use this business. set for delivery between 3-7 did not show called at 8 and said they were running 2 hours behind. never called to reschedule when we called said it would be another week before they could fit us in even though they missed our window. horrible cust service and not someone you want to do business with

Do not deal with this company, at all even if they are the last moving company in the World. All of their employees are bunch of crooks. I had my household furniture stored with them for 6 years. I also paid for full replacement insurance for 6 years. When they delivered my stuff in November 2010, there were tables, chairs, glassware and pictures frames broken among other things. A box was lost. They charged me for an environmentally controlled storage. I had brand new clothes, shoes, bags, chair seats and other items made out of fabrics covered with mold It took almost 2 months to get a response from them after I submitted my claims.They had self insured my items. They would not return my e-mails and phone calls. Finally, after 3.5 months, they refused my claim.Twice they made an appointment to come and check the damages and each time nobody showed up.I am in the process of suing them.People so unethical like these people should not be in business.
