Dr Shoe Repair

My mother dropped her boots off and returned at the end of the week and was told they could not find her boots. While she was there, another customer came in, walked around the desk, picked up a pair of shoes and left. She also saw someone running out the back of the shop when she entered. I had to visit the shop with the police, and still no solution. I am going to pursue the issue in civil court action against the shop because this needs to stop. While I was there trying to reclaim the boots, the owner answered the phone twice and told the patrons to come look for their own shoes. The shop is dirty, disorganized, and I am convinced it is a scam to steal people's belongings. I like to support small businesses, but they must be reputable. I strongly suggest NOONE do business with this shop; read the other low rated reviews. There is no way this can be rated 4.0 stars unless they have inflated the ratings with family or friends.

I have been going here for about 6 months now and the service has been excellent! There aren't many shoe repair stores in Houston anymore, but this is one that does a great job on my shoes. The prices are better than most places I've been to. I would recommend to anyone!
