Going to the dentist is not high on my list of things I want to do, but my teeth and gums required a long-term dental treatment plan. With that being said, I love coming to Dentiq. The second I open the door knew that I was not in a conventional dentist office. I was welcomed with a beautiful smile and a personal greeting. The waiting room is stylishly designed but I?m never left waiting for very long, which is extremely important to me. My time is important and I don?t want to waste it in a waiting.
I was in kind, professional and competent hands. I instinctively relaxed, opened my mouth and let them do what needed to be done. Every step of the process I was made to feel like I was the only client for the day and that they had all the time in the world to tend to me.
In my business, client satisfaction is extremely vital and I go out of my way to make sure my clients unique needs are meet. I?m always on the lookout for businesses that perform at that same level (sadly there?re not many) and Dentiq does that. I will never go anywhere else.
Thank you Dentiq!

This is really the place to be! I could not be happier with Dentiq. The staff is all very knowledgeable and easy to talk to! I talked to Dr Sista not too long ago at a consultation (which is complementary!). Although I did have to wait for a little while to talk to him it was totally worth it. He came in and went over everything with me. He explained to me WHY I needed this specific treatment and answered all of my questions. I have not ever really trusted dentists prior to coming here. I LOVED this place and will be a customer of theirs for a very long time.

I've been a dentiq client going on 2 years now and I have to say that I have never experienced dentistry and orthodontic of this class. It would be great if they were just skillful in what they do but the fact of the matter is that Dentiq is more than just a Dental office. The front staff is super! The hygienists are amazing and the oral surgeons are (in my opinion) among the best in Houston! The fact is that I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist, which is probably why I've used every level of service they provide (lol) but I actually ENJOY stopping by and visiting my friends at Dentiq because I know that no matter what I have to get done that day, I am in excellent hands! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend their services!

I love getting a reminder call telling me my appointment is the next day! The front office, assistants, and my dentist treat me like family and I have a strong feeling other patients there feel the same. I have heard and seen multiple conversations between other patients and everyone that works there seems truly genuine, like they ACTUALLY care! I would recommend this dental office to anyone who has teeth, or are needing them.

From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was different. Starting with the appearance of the lobby and waiting area, you could tell it wasn't a space that was ignored or begrudgingly attended to. Very clean, comfortable and tidy. Not a giant messy pile of periodicals to sort through, just a few interesting coffee table books and a neatly fanned pile of ""Houston"" magazine. I truly felt familiar with the staff there, even though I was meeting them for the first time. Before I go on, let me copy my unedited response to Dentiq, sent after filling out a feedback form following my visit (I didn't write it with the thought of publishing it): ""Three things that have made a stunning impact on me: 1. Low wait time (very important) 2. Not feeling that the doctor or any other staff are rushed. 3. I already have several examples of staff going the extra mile. Like, getting an email reply on the same day---a Saturday no less. Calling in a prescription without me having to provide the phone number. The girls took the time to look it up based on the street. OK, more: 4. Genuinely friendly. 5. Cleanliness (a biggie). When you're sitting in that chair, you get a chance to look around a lot...and notice cleanliness. 6. Technology. Not afraid to spend on the good stuff. All of these may seem normal to you guys but for me, they are all out of the ordinary. Pretty sad huh? Don't change the way you do things."" I'll add a few: -Easy access -Easy parking -Refreshments offered and available any time -Thorough an ongoing explanation of what they are doing to your mouth at all times -Questions completely and patiently answered I would include a ""cons"" section but I have yet to encounter any. Their prices were pretty much in line with everyone else for elective, full price procedures. Have yet to use them as my regular dentist because I have to wait until the end of the year to switch to a DPPO. I currently have a DMO which they do not accept (no DMO's at all from what I was told). So check with them for insured procedures first. As soon as I switch my coverage, I will be going there on a regular basis. I never really felt that my dentist office 'had my back' until now. Thanks to all the staff I have come across so far---the front office, assistants, techs and of course, doctor Sista. I have no doubt that the rest of the staff who I haven't met yet are equally as great. Highly recommend. You won't be sorry.

Cons: Not cheap. Had to wait 2 months for treatment. Pros: Worth it!! I absolutely love it, and I have not a single regret!! At almost $2000 a tooth, it raises the expectation bar significantly. I decided on a smile makeover for my birthday gift to myself. After all, it was my 40th! The staff is attentive and accommodating. The office is chic, modern meets classical meets elegance. The technology, the artistry and the attention to detail validates the price. The result is a smile makeover that makes me feel wonderful. Special thanks to Dr. J, Kathy and Amanda and all the amazing assistants for giving me such a wonderful gift!

I'm a horrible dental patient. I take better care of my car than my teeth (and I do not care much about cars). I go to the dentist and because I'm always a new patient, they invariably asks, ""So, when was your last visit to a dentist?"" ""A wha ... ?"" I mumble. ""Oh, yeah, hmm, let's see, must of been during the Clinton administration, so that would be, uh ... "" Let's face it, I'm just in denial. My car has a little sticker inside the door that says I need another oil change in 1,000 miles. I need one of those on my molars. But for the past few years I've been going to Dr. Johnson on a regular basis. I think I could sum it up in one word: TRUST. Back to my car servicing: I know nothing about cars. When I bring it into the shop, I don't know if it's going to be $50 or $5,000. Pretty much the same gamble when I walk into the dentist (see note above about how often I used to take that gamble). But I trust Dr.Johnson. She will explain what it is she's doing, why she's doing it, and, if I ask, how much it's going to cost. If I just need a cleaning, she's going to just do a cleaning. If I need a root canal, I know that she's doing it in my best interest and not for an extra buck. I just trust her. So that's where I stand on Dr. Johnson. Anyone know a good car mechanic? Haha
