Update! So at first they did a horrible job but after going back a couple times they finally solved the issue the lady at the front desk however is very polite. The issue was that the workers are a bunch of slackers and they need to be straightened out the Manager apologized for the inconvenience and helped us out he cleaned the car for us and made it look like new, hopefully to
Those who go to this location won't go through so much problems. Would I recommend someone close or a good friend of mine to go there absolutely not, is it a good 4 stars nope it's worth 3.5 stars because they still need some good fixing to do on their behalfs! And by fixing I mean the workers and some of the staff! Other than that the manager was a good sport and one workes named Carlos was awesome and helped us out with our car!

CSI is a great place to take your car for service. Roy is awesome when it comes to taking car of you and your vehicle... Plus he's cute lol thanks Roy for everything!!! My GMC Terrain looks awesome!!!

This place has come a long way from the last time that I needed them. They are obviously doing something correct. They sent me daily updates on the status of my vehicle. Keep up the good work. Thanks again

Why can't I give 10 starts...I don't think that 5 is enough! I was a wreck to say the least after I had gotten in my wreck. I did not know the first thing of what I was going to do. I just knew that I needed help and within 10 minutes of being in the wreck Jersey Mike showed up and talked to me and calmed me down. I was so confused and I did not understand how a teenager that was uninsured (he hit me) could just not care about the damage he had done to my vehicle. Jersey stayed with me until the police showed up as well as made talked me through my frustrations. Jersey also organized and got the Hertz lady to hold a car for me even though they were closed. He offered to take me and my car to CSI and then from there Trey took over! Not only was he reassuring that it would be okay, but that it could be repaired. They kept my car for one week since there was extensive damage and not only repaired it, but made it look like brand new. While working on my car they answered all of my questions, took care of the insurance claim as well as made me feel like a valued customer! Upon, getting my 2008 escape back I was so PLEASED to see that they were true to their word and fixed everything. John Nebel (the man who repaired everything) took the time to go over the warranty, as well as show me everything that they repaired and replaced. From the time of the wreck to the time I picked up my car...CSI collision had the utmost AMAZING SERVICE!!!! I am so happy my car is fixed and pray that I don't get in another wreck, but if I did then I would be going to CSI collision...because they not only did the job right, but really care about the clients they serve!!!!!!!

I had an accident and a few week ago.The staff was helpful and friendly. They made the situation easlier. I would recommed Bear Creek Collision Specialist to anyone.

As a woman it is hard to find people in the auto industry that you can trust. For years I have lived in the Bear Creek area of Houston and have seen Bear Creek CSI but never had to use their services. Well, when I did repairs I am glad that I used Bear Creek CSI. The repair process was so quick and easy. The manager spent a lot of time with me explaining things and made me feel like I was valued. One of their bodymen helped fix my broken glove compartment as it was not related to the accident for free. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to all my friends.

I took my vehicle in for repair and upon signing for this and for that they slipped me a prenup which had to do with personal belongings. I told the kind lady that I had some CD's and a few other things, she said that nothing usually gets taken but not to leave such items as a Rolex because obviously they would not be responsible. I thought nothing of it.

They drive it in, lock it up and do some body work on the car, as simple as that.

When I pick up my car and look in one of the compartments I notice one out of three pairs of sunglasses were missing, of course they were the most expensive pair (REVO) at around $175.00. i keep looking around and notice one of my newest CD's missing as well as a bottle of cologne. This thief had expensive taste, didnt bother with the other "junk".

When I notified the rep he said that I had signed the release and there's nothing he could do but he would ask the tech.

I knew then that any effort on my behalf would be pointless but I asked the tech that brought me my car if he had seen my sunglasses and he informs me that the cars are left unlocked at night so any intruders will not break the windows of the cars in order to steal anything.

WARNING :

LESSON LEARNED : Once you sign the waiver of responsibility for personal property it practically entitles them to ransack your vehicle and take posession of anything they can find, and they will...no shame.

Almost feels like they're all in on it...

I was recently in an auto collison and dealing with other person's insurance was a nightmare, but CSI made a bad situation better. Customer service is top notch. I never once had to call to inquire about the status of my repairs. CSI called me almost daily to update me and handled everything with the insurance company. They gave me an estimate of time for the work and finished ahead of schedule. The work was perfect. My truck suffered a t-bone collison and I could not find anything on the truck that wasn't replaced or repaired with top quality craftmanship. I would definitely recommend CSI to friends and family.

I did some serious damage to my bumper by simply pulling out of my driveway! I knew the entire front bumper would need to be replaced and was fearful it would be very expensive. I brought it to Bear Creek Collisions Specialist and they gave me (a VERY reasonable) estimate within 15 minutes after arriving. I scheduled the appointment for the next week and they delivered as promised. No one would ever know the entire bumper was replaced since the paint match was identical! I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Customer service is amazing and the work is exceptional!!

We both work overseas and didn't have time to negotiate with the insurance companies nor did we have time to wait several weeks for repairs to be made. Bear Creek CSI took care of everything. Our vehicle was repaired within a few days and the work was outstanding and the icing is "all work is guaranteed".

I got in a car accident the day before christmas. I thaught that i was going to be up a river, but the repair facility put me in a company rental car even though I had no claim info. They told me that with the heavy amount of damage and no claim info, and with all of the holiday's coming up it could be three weeks until i get my car back. I got my vehicle back in two weeks. After my daughter wrecked her car in May 2005, CSI towed it to their location. They charged me $15 a day storage. After a 90 -day police investigation I owed too much and CSI kept my title in exchange for the storage fees. About 8 months later I received a citation in the mail for some traffic tickets. CSI had not put the car in their name yet and by law I was responsible. Well, I went to their office and thought I had it straightened out. Lo and behold ---- today March 15, 2008 I received a renewal notice for my plates. CSI and TX DOT still have not taken my car off ny name. What kind of crap is this? There should be stiff penalties when purchasers do not register cars in their name as soon as they purchase them.

Today I got car crash on the highway 6 ,Cut the story short ,they service rep was very nice to talk to customer ,but after I tell them I perfer my deal body shop and my towing car fee was $80 dollars --- fair price ,but the tansfer from CSI Collision On High way 6 to 15865 Katy Freeway Houston Tx 77094

they charge me $325 fee ,My car is not driveable , I though it will be $50 extras but $325 Dollars ,I can pay the air fare ticket to LA or someway ,be careful with them when they come to you .my firend they want you money !
