Courtney Clay - State Farm Insurance Agent

Was extremely disappointed in this State Farm agency...I moved to Houston and wanted a local agent so I transferred my policies over to this office. My billing was somehow messed up, changes on my policies weren't made when I requested them and the customer service was almost nonexistent. Not only was her staff inexperienced but the agent wasn't not knowledgeable either. When you think of State Farm you think great service, but this office lacks that. DO NOT buy insurance from this agency, go to another State Farm agent.

This agent has been with State Farm for many many years. She know her stuff and is there for me when I need her. Great staff and great agent.
