Country Place

I have had a leak in my bedroom since May 2014, I have gone in person to notify the staff, showed them my pictures and have also filled out a work request on their portal. My roof is near collapse now, my four year old and I have upper respiratory problems and nothing has been fixed. They claim there is no record on their log of my visits in person or of my work request form on-line. Well, I notified them again 12/18/14 and they told me to be there for the repairs and they would arrive by 3, at 5 I called and they said no one was coming. Lack of professionalism, they have policies in place for late payment of rent, which is not a problem with me, yet they do not call to inform me when they will be late taking care of me. I was told someone would come Saturday 19th and nothing. Finally got a call from them and they claim Monday for sure. Keep looking, management here does not care about paying tenants, their health or the quality of life of little children.

These apartments are cheap...as in price and quality. For such a small complex, the garbage is always overflowing, no one answers the phone in the office or returns calls for that matter. I was okay there at first then i guess management changed. It became trashier and maintainance calls are never answered. It's louder, there's always yelling and screaming in the night. My parent refused to step foot in the pool area it was soo filthy. But hey rents cheap, i guess you get what you pay for. (oh and my neighbors all have warrants)
