Concentra Urgent Care

Went in for a drug test and a breathalyzer last week. A person from Concentra called my job and told them that I walked out during testing. The reason why I'm sharing this review is 2 provide information about the quality of service, and for customers to beware. Times are hard and no one should risk losing their job because of incompetent drug testing facilities! :-(

I sent an employee over for a random drug screen. It took 3 hours to get them processed. This is unacceptable.

This is not a place where I would go if I were in need of serious medical care. The first physician I saw did not note all of my compliant. When they make an appointment for a follow up they do not ask what is good for you they just give you a date and time. I'm not impressed at all my company sent me after an accident. The snacks are a nice touch.
