Dr. A was amazing. The entire experience was refreshing from the start to finish. The environment was so relaxing and casual. It's really empowering and definitely encourages women's wellness. The entire staff, from the receptionist, to Kianna, to Dr. A to Jackie, everyone was great! I literally took photos of the office to send to my best friend so I can recommend the office to her. I cannot wait until my next women's wellness exam next year!

Office, nurses, and staff have all been incredible during an extremely emotional failed pregnancy. Everyone has been beyond kind, understanding, and professional. I am so glad to have found this place.

Always a great experience at the Tanglewood location. My apps are on time, friendly staff and a great experience. Joy is amazing!!

I loved seeing Dr. A and will likely schedule all further appointments with her in the future. The front desk staff was polite and the wait time in the room for Dr. A was minimal. My only complaint is that I have tried calling the clinic 3x and never once was answered after being on hold for over 5, 7 and 10 minutes respectively. The voicemail option was only offered once and it did not work and ended up cutting the call before I could even leave the message.

Just doing a better job at name pronunciation or probably saying hello by patient's name or last name each time. It goes along way even if you may not think much of it. Shows that you have really cared enough to put attention into each patient's details and to the patient themselves. Just a comment for the office overall, not specific to one person.

Probably one of the best offices and practioners in Houston. Always welcoming and friendly staff and doctors.

Dr Hardy and the staff have excellent bedside manner and were very prompt and courteous! Only suggestion would be possibly putting hand wipes in exam rooms for patients. :).

Annual checkup! Dr. Zoe, Nena, and Eva, and nurse Sarahi were totally wonderful, respectful, caring and understanding. :).

Even though I had not seen zoey before, she was very nice, informative, and made me feel comfortable.

Splitting the privacy statement about genetic information release from other information would make me more comfortable.

Digital paperwork to fill out instead of having to print with pre-populated basic info for each page such as name, DOB, phone would cut down things considerably.

I came in for a UTI. Appt was quick, Doctor was thorough and the proper medicine and care was prescribed.

They made me feel very welcome and everyone was very informative. I just had to switch providers and I was very satisfied.

The staff is really friendly and makes me feel so comfortable. The doctor and nurse practitioner has helped me throughout my pregnancy. Keep up the good work.

Kelie was awesome, she helped me find the right day for my appt and did not get upset or frustrated that I was taking so long. The rest of the staff was super nice and very helpful. Loved loved loved it!

Kristen was my doctor, I just came for an annual check up, for HIV and STD screening, and to talk about refilling my birth control. She was perfect, nice, answered all my questions and told me where to find her email if I think of any later. Shannon Hardy is my usual doctor and she is great as well. Staff is amazing.

Great apt with nurse Kirsten had bood test and heard strong heart neat. As always wonderful experience.

Thank you so much to Sharon and Michelle for calming and reassuring this overwhelmed mom to be. I am very grateful for the time they took with me and their empathy.

Angel was great she did my ultrasound. Kelly was helpful with the financial questions thAt my husband had.
