TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Walked it a few minutes before my 5:00 pm appointment. The front desk guy was on the phone so I sat down. When he finally got of the phone he asked if he could help me. Told him I was there for my 5:00. It was probably 4:56 when I arrived. He told me I was late and gave my appointment to someone else. WHAT? It's just now 5:00. He said HIS watch said it was 5:05. Really? we live in Houston. There is a chance your clients might be a few minutes late because of traffic. Regardless I was NOT late. If you buy a Living Social Voucher, buyer beware, you may not get the appointment you request because the front desk guy will give your appointment away if he is going by his watch. My car, cell phone which is satellite time and watch all had the correct time. I would give them negative stars if it were possible.

I purchased a couples massage with Urban Dealight and we were far from "Dealighted".
Going in, the atmosphere was nice. The room was pretty and the relaxation CD was soothing. THEN...
The two massage therapists came in... Mind you we filled out paperwork and were told to circle the body parts we were experiencing pain/tension and notify therapist of areas to avoid. My shoulders and lower back were tense walking in... Guess what... she barely touched my shoulders and I don't remember any massage techniques used on my lower back at all.
Following the massage my honey said his therapist rubbed her elbow down his spine!!!
In my opinion, the therapists are under qualified to administer a massage. We left more tense than when we arrived! -

I enjoyed my visit to Classic Touch very much. Claudia did an excellent job on me. This was my first time here but I will definitely be coming back and probably bringing a friend.
