TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Walked it a few minutes before my 5:00 pm appointment. The front desk guy was on the phone so I sat down. When he finally got of the phone he asked if he could help me. Told him I was there for my 5:00. It was probably 4:56 when I arrived. He told me I was late and gave my appointment to someone else. WHAT? It's just now 5:00. He said HIS watch said it was 5:05. Really? we live in Houston. There is a chance your clients might be a few minutes late because of traffic. Regardless I was NOT late. If you buy a Living Social Voucher, buyer beware, you may not get the appointment you request because the front desk guy will give your appointment away if he is going by his watch. My car, cell phone which is satellite time and watch all had the correct time. I would give them negative stars if it were possible.
