        Overall

        wanted to overcharge me on hours and parts
        manager is very nasty when you question him
        would not take my car there again
        prices are higher than the dealer

        Overpriced Labor Costs

        Took my 2003 dodge ram to have some maintenance done on it. Needed some gaskets replaced. Parts fee less than $200 dollars. Labor fee $1600. Plus didn't get my vehicle till 3 days later. Never received a phone call updating me on what was being done and how things were coming along. Nothing. I kept having to call them. I had to miss work because of them. If I had the tools I would of done it myself. Christian brothers has done previous work for me and didn't have this issue before. I think now that they are expanding their quality and customer service is declining.
