I would give 0 stars if I could I cant believe how unprofessional this place is. They told me to come in at 3pm and didn't start my hair until 6pm. The initial price of my hairstyle was supposed to be $180. When finished she told me the cost of hair and my total was then $216. I asked her why didn't she explain that the hair was an additional price to began with and she said that most clients know. Professionally you can never assume a client knows pricing!! when I'm asking pricing I need everything upfront!! Especially after a 3 hour wait. I would never recommend this place to anyone! If you're going to pay 216 spend it where it is deserved! No apology issued or anything.
