Overall

I needed a new set of dentures but this time I wanted something that was more permanent and not as gross as the removable ones. I consulted with Dr. Bosse about implants and implant supported dentures. I had already talked to another dentist about it, but they quoted me 35k to get my dentures done in that way…I, of course, walked away depressed. With Dr. B, however, the story was different. Not only was the end cost about half as much, he also offered me financing options. Today I have confidence to eat a steak in public without fear that my dentures will flop out of my mouth…not to mention that it looks really nice too.

Dental Examination
The dental implantation procedure takes place in a few steps. First, an x-ray and oral exam need to be completed by a dentist or oral surgeon. Teeth Cleaning
The main focus of gingivitis treatment is to reduce inflammation. A great way to do this is to come to Greenspoint Dental and have one of our skilled dental hygienists give you a thorough teeth cleaning to remove any plaque deposits that may harm your gums.
Fluoride Treatment
Throughout the plaque removal procedure, the dental hygienist will use a jet-stream of water to rinse off plaque particles. After the plaque is removed, the hygienist applies an anti-cavity, fluoride treatment to a tooth polisher to protect your teeth from dental caries and buff the tooth appearance.
Dental Sealants
A sealant is an invisible coating that the dentist applies to the tooth surface. It acts as protection against bacteria and the plaque deposits that cause cavities or dental caries.

Fillings
It is a treatment option offered at Greenspoint Dental for a variety of problems: repairing teeth which are chipped, cracked or decaying, or by altering the appearance of teeth to close gaps, or make them look longer, and as an alternative to amalgam fillings.
Resin Composite
As the composite resin needs a clean surface to bond to, the tooth surface is thoroughly cleaned to remove tartar and debris. The tooth is isolated with cotton rolls or a rubber dam, and the dentist chooses a shade of composite to apply. The tooth is then shaped by the dentist, and a gel is applied to the tooth, which provides a good surface for the composite to adhere to.
Veneers
If you have teeth that are cracked, chipped, worn or misshapen, this can make you self-conscious about your smile. Porcelain veneers are an ideal choice in this situation. Porcelain veneers can be applied to give your teeth a nice, natural shape and to fix any damage. Teeth are first prepared for the procedure, then the veneers are put over the existing tooth, and they instantly make your smile look perfect.
Crowns
A crown covers the entire tooth while inlays and onlays only partially cover the natural tooth surface.
Bridges
If you have had a tooth pulled, you may need a relatively simple and straightforward restorative dental procedure called dental bridges, which are false teeth used to replace missing teeth.
Dental Bonding
Dental bonding may also be used to fill cavities, which is much more aesthetically pleasing than silver fillings, as they match the color of the other teeth.
