The staff at Berkeley (Jamie, Glenda, Dr. Barker, Dr. Momeni, Dr. Sun) were all very helpful and supportive. There was hardly any waiting time: as soon as I got in (even 30 mins ahead of my scheduled appointment), I was seen. All my questions and concerns were answered confidently, leaving me assured. The actual surgery felt effortless for Dr. Sun and it was quick and painless. After the surgery during my check-ups, Glenda would occasionally ask about my well being. I felt very welcomed and appreciate the efforts of all the staff at Berkeley (Weslayan)

My experience at Berkeley Eye Center was great from my first interection by phone with Alma to my procedure with Dr Sun. I must be honest with so many places doing LASIK in Houston it took me a while to decide, but clearly the decision paid off. First level service and great people.

My experience with the Berkley Eye Center was excellent, they are very Profesional and make sure any and all questions are answered. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed and they never rush anything. The entire staff is amazing and very nice. I can see better than with my glasses or contacts that I have been wearing for almost 20 years. Thank you.

I have been going to Berkeley for over 5 years and I find the entire staff to be very courteous and helpful. Particularly, Mark in optical, he is always cheerful and extremely knowledgeable on my optical insurance plan. Also Dr. Gloyd has an wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend Berkeley Eye!

This is probably the best medical office I have ever been in. A class act from start to finish. I waited about 4 minutes and then was called back by the assistant who checked my eyes and did all the work up. She was very professional and confident but gave you plenty of opportunities to ask questions and let you know that this time was all about you. I saw Dr Garza and he was Also great. He was very thorough and explained everything and why. Never appeared in a hurry. Then I got glasses and the gentleman really knew how all the frames would fit my face. What would work for my situation and what would not. Great experience and a top knotch office.

Everything was GREAT and everyone in the office was Very friendly and professional. I will definitely go back in 3 months. It's a long drive, but it's worth it. I highly recommend Dr. Garza!!!

Mark Langley is the best in this industry. Barkley Eye Center should keep this man as long as possible. It is hard to find that kind of personality in medical industry.

I was very please with my visit to the eye center. the front office staff was very nice and professional. The lady who performed the exam prior to Dr. Garza was very professional and detailed. Doctor Garza was also very professional. When I when to select my frames which I hate I was assisted by Mark Langley. He made the experience very enjoyable. I will diffidently be a returning customer and will recommend others.

Dr. Caplan does thorough testing and takes the time to answer any questions. Very happy with him. When I was fitted for glasses I worked with Mark Langley. He is very personable and was most helpful, giving good advice.

I've received professional service from the Wesleyan Eye Center. Dr. Caplan has made my procedure a pleasant and comfortable experience. He and Dr. Garza have answered all my questions and have been of great help to me. Maria was very helpful also the last time I was there.

Amazing! it is always amazing! The phone concierge, front desk, medical assistants and physicians are all fantastic! I want to mention one employee in particular… Margaret Hernandez. She has exceeded in meeting my optical needs and is always available when I have questions or concerns. Her customer service is unlike anything I've witnessed! She deserves a 10-star rating for sure! Thank you to all the staff and a BIG thank you to Margaret!! Please keep up the great work and friendly office atmosphere!!

Had a great experience at Berkeley! There was a little wait but that was due to my insurance and not the staff at the office, and the actual appointment and frame purchasing experience was seamless. Can't wait to get my glasses!

Best eye clinic I have been to. Service is above and beyond what you would expect from such a large clinic. I have been going now for over three years, and I am 83 years old. Only sorry I did not discover until now. Greatest thrill this visit, got to meet dr. Berkeley himself.

Berkeley Eye definitely sees customer service through the eyes of the client! In addition, their selection was expansive and I walked away with 2 fabulous pair of glasses! This review was for my January 2014 visit, just prior to moving from Houston to the UK. Mark was wonderful!!! I needed to get a pair of glasses, which was something I was not prepared for and did not want (I did not have them and I was pretty emotional about getting them), and I had a limited amount of time before I moved. In the case the eye glass frame I ordered did not come in before I moved, Mark had the office frame (the one people use to try on) fit with my lenses so that I would have something to take with me. The frames that were ordered came in but Mark said I could keep the other pari too! Now I have two pairs, one I can leave in the car for driving and one to take with me! Thank You Mark!

I have a two hour drive to Berkeley Eye Center-Weslayan; however, it is worth the excellent eye care I receive there. I had LASIK in 2006 and continue to trust them with my annual check-ups. At my recent visit, I received the same attention I have come to appreciate. I highly recommend Berkeley Eye Center to family, friends--anyone looking for outstanding eye care.

Mr. Mark Langley re-sculpted my very bent glasses wonderfully. He had me leaving with perfected vision and a smile on my face! Thank you!!!

I recently had LASIK surgery at the Wesleyan location. They are well organized and knowledgeable. I came in for my pre-op consult on Thursday and was able to schedule my surgery the next morning. The doctors and staff are friendly and accommodating. I am very pleased with my results!

My daughter and I visit Berkeley every year. I would recommend them to anyone for the best eye care in Texas.
