Auto Spot

My boyfriend experienced the worst customer service ever at this dealership. They claim to value and loyalty to there costumers, but when you are trying to get answers that is not the case. My boyfriend went to Autospot to try and get his car repaired, because Adrian the salesman told stated, "If you have any problems with your vehicle bring it back , and we will also offer you a free oil change". The reason for bring his car was due to the fact his car stopped on him on his way to work. The owner was indignant the entire time when my he was trying to explain his reasons for being there. The loyalty and fake 4.6 stars on google is a lie!!!! My boyfriend has a investigation going on right now with his police department and his insurance company.The owner was very ill-mannered, and he deserves to be put in jail. He made a terroristic threat to my boyfriend , and his family. That was very unacceptable.

My boyfriend did not come in the dealership wanting to fight or argue with the employees. But the owner was so ill-behaved that the situation escalated. I advise every citizen in Texas, or even out of state to not purchase a vehicle here!!!!!! You will be in the same situation my boyfriend is in.

A horrible business, let me start off by saying that. Autospot will rip you off 100%......no more like 110%. I had a problem with my vehicle, I was told to bring my vehicle to Autospot if I ever had problems with it. THE OWNER OF AUTOSPOT got real nasty with me and MADE A TERRORISTIC THREATS TOWARDS ME AND MY FAMILY!!!! SAYING HE WILL FIND ME AND KILL ME AND MY FAMILY! Then said, "BETTER YET I'LL FIND SOMEONE TO KILL YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!" I'll say this I had no problem with Autospot before this incident happen, and all I wanted to see if they could help me out with a situation I had with my car. But to be truthful about my experiences with Autostop they were rocky in the beginning. I'd put a $1000 down "A WEEK BEFORE" to even get my car a 2009 Lancer, but "ADRIAN MY CARSALESMAN WHO WORKS AT AUTOSPOT" told me it wasn't even ready yet. But he promised my mother and I that we will have the car as soon as we'd put down the $1000. As soon as I got the car I had two weeks to make a $500 payment (which I did made), but after a day of driving the car. They had called me and told me I needed a new "Utility Belt", in which I didn't understand because they told me they did a full check on my car and I didn't need a mechanic to check my car because if there was any problems just bring it back to them and they'll fix it up for me. After that when my "Utility Belt" was supposedly fixed, my "PULLEY SYSTEM" started to make noise, I'd took my car back to Autospot because By Law you have a 90-Day warranty. so I took my car back to them and they were very helpful about the situation. But after that 2 months later my car started to break down! Listen I'm a college student with a full-time job. I made the dean last year and this semester as well, I'm make sure to make "ALL MY PAYMENTS THAT ARE ALL UP TO DATE". I just need my car fixed which they told me they would fix it if I ever I had problems with it. WHICH WAS A LIE!!!! BELIEVE ME DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU NOR YOUR CAR!!!! AND IF THEY HAVE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, THEY WILL MAKE TERRORISTIC THREATS TOWARDS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!!!! BE CARFUL!!!!!!! I'VE A FILED A POLICE REPORT ON THEM AND IT'S NOW IT A ON GOING INVESTIGATION. God Bless, be safe out here.

Be prepared just in case you spend all day there & do not get approved because you don't have 3,000-4,000 to put down as a prior person claimed.

Also know that you will most likely pay high interest if you have bad credit.

But they have an A- rating with BBB because they resolved all complaints filed with BBB.

I thought these reviews may be bogus (from sales people) but it sounded like you may have a better chance at getting a loan through them.

I am sick and tired of all the BS lies that the radio advertises about how GREAT Auto Spot is, and how EVERYONE is APPROVED!!!! When reality is, if you do not have a big Down Payment they will deny even working with you, I went in with $1,500 down cash, drove over an hour since EVERYONE is approved waited forever before anyone acknowledged I was even there and then dealt with Marvin who asked how much I had and I said $1,500 CASH, he said ok with that you can only have an 05 or 06, those cars were UGLY!!! Since then I saw an Advertising on Saturday morning for 5 STAR AUTOPLEX was like ok we will try, so my hubby and I went in same down and drove out same day with a 2011 DODGE CALIBER and since then went back again because we had a total loss we did not get a settlement right away until two months later in the mean time they let use drive a trade in from their lot for two weeks at NO COST!!! then when we finally did get the settlement we came in with a down of $2,500 and drove off with a 2011 Chevy Cruze only 10k on it. My salesperson was CESAR RODRIGUEZ and both my husband and I have scores of low 500 and he has two repos on his credit, and if they can work with us they will work for you. My friend just got a pimped out Mustang, when she was turned down also by AUTO SPOT!!! SO DO NOT BELIEVE THE ADS ON THESE PEOPLE THEY DO NOT WORK WITH YOU!!! ALL THEY WANT IS $$$$$ AND LOTS OF IT!!!! THEY CAN CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL PROBLEMS!!!

they tell you they will give you $50.00 off if you put a good review. carefully read the contact. they will screw you over while they break there terms of agreement. don't waste your time here. plus they over price the cars. do your research if you decided to go.

They ripped off a friend and was preying on me. Yo Yo Sales and use repoing to steal desperate customers down payments.

Talk to Oscar Mena!!! He is a really cool guy. Came in and he took care of me. Gave me exactly what I wanted, all in one day. Fastest salesperson I have ever met. Got me approved and got the Mercedes Dream car for my wife. Hopefully he can come to my business and I will treat him, like he did!!!!

I had a wonderful experence with this dealer ship and the people there are friendly and very help.
