I would like to put in a good word for Rodney, our tow truck driver today. I was on the way home with my husband from physical therapy, when our car began having trouble, necessitating a tow. Our insurance company arranged for their company to send a tow truck and it arrived sooner than expected, Rodney was our driver and did everything in his power to make our experience less stressful. Well done for your company to have drivers that go the extra mile to help people. Thank you!

I have been in the business for the past 25 years. One of the best experiences I've had was with this company. A PLUS!!

DO NOT USE - After waiting 5 hours for them to show up - they stole everything out of the inside of my car - floor mats (weathertech - $200.00 mats), change, CDs - everything that wasn't tied down was stolen - even my gas!! Every ounce of gas was siphoned from my tank, I barely made it a gas station when I picked my car up from the dealership where it was towed to. Cannot get a manager from Apple to call me back and have left several messages. BEWARE of this towing company!

They added $221.00 to the bill because they said their driver was waiting for payment. They did not inform me that the driver was waiting. When I told them I thought that was unfair they said they would tow the vehicle and hold it in storage and charge me every day until it was paid.

They let me wait for 1 hour 45 mins. I had to make several calls to follow up with them. I would not recommend this Co.

Waited an hour and a half when they said half an hour. They never called to say why there late and when I called then they were rude. Nevertheless I cancelled and another towing service was here in 15 minutes...
