STAY FAR AWAY !!!!

This company gave me the run around for months and never even fixed the problem. They did however have the nerve to charge me "for services not rendered."

Angel (the owner) is arrogant and thinks he is God's gift to electronics when in reality he could not even fix a simple problem.

If you work hard for your money STAY AWAY.

My experience with APM Electronics, was great. Even reading the reviews, I took a chance. We as people always have something to say when it doesn’t go our way. I work at Wal-Mart and I know how hard customer service can be. With that said; here is my review.

Amazed how clean this shop is, for a repair shop. The people very nice and professional. They did let me know what their service fee is up front & more less how long it would take to look at my receiver. 2 days was not bad at all. I asked about their fee. They said part of that fee would go towards my balance. I didn’t read that information on the reviews. Here is the following I didn’t read on the reviews.

They will try to fix part before ordering a part, If needed to order part….. they would search with manufacture first. If not possible they would try other places and their suppliers. Because my unit is a more than a few years old, there might be a possibility that they wouldn’t be able to repair only because the part is not available. They will try by all means to repair it……. So it was my decision to once again to take that chance. I felt comfortable with the information given and the people working in that facility. I told they have been in this same location for over 20 years. That to me, has a lot to say for a company.

Long story short. It took 2 months before they gave me the good news. I was also told to call them, because they are trying to turn equipment back to customers on a timely manner, and due to that, they would greatly appreciated if I called them every day if it made me feel better.

I am a happy camper. I have my receiver back with the sound that no other would produce.

We are so happy with the servi...

We are so happy with the service APM Electronics, gave my mother. They were very patient and very professional with her. Gave her the fee cost, which has not change for the past 5 years I have done business with them, and were there on time at my mothers home. They were fast,professional from the 1st phone call to the end of the service. I Thank You APM Electronics and Staff. God bless.

below par customer service

I had a LG warranty on a TV and LG sent me to APM Electronics. I contacted them,they put me off until they received the work order from LG. They contacted me 10 days later to schedule a time 3 weeks later to come fix it at my house. On the day they were to fix they called to confirm and at that time asked me about the proof of purchase,i said I had my credit card receipt. That wasnt good enough. I got the receipt as asked called back and they said it would be another 2 weeks before they could get another time. When I asked why when i was told prior that they would get right to it.The person at APM electronics was unprofessional told me to have the TV fixed by someone else and hung up. They have the work order from LG,so to do that i have to start all over a 2 month process. I have a hard time believing that LG would let a local company with such horrible customer service do warranty repairs for them. I would not use these people for service repairs,if i had this much trouble before the work was done. I would hate to experience what would happen after the job was complete. I was previously in the Stereo Business for 17 years and have a working knowledge of how hard it is to make everyone happy. I am sympathetic but this was the worse i have been treated over the phone by anyone in as long as i can remember.

The problems with some customers is that they don't have the proper information and they want you to do the leg work for them factory warranty of any kind pays for the repairs nothing else if you call us and you don't have a store receipt or a warranty letter from the manufacturer we cannot perform warranty service as far as calling back when you do get the proper paper work you will be put back in line not infront of other customers that had all there paper work in order it's not uncommon for somebody to think that you are rude when they don't get what they want
