AMC Theaters

Theater itself is not bad, nice screens, sound, etc. People are ghetto though, trash everywhere(which includes some of the customers)

The strip that this place is, is not the safest. i go in to watch a movie only to come back with parts stolen from my car. The movies itself was so-so. waited longer than i should have for a small pack of curly fries.

Not the cleanest for the area but staff is service oriented.

Very good popcorn and staff are friendly.

Willowbrook and other AMC Theaters have stopped placing advertisements with their lists of movie titles and times in the Houston Chronicle. When I called to complain, the woman (Manager?) said it was company policy not to spend that money anymore "since everybody uses on line information links." Well, not Everybody uses them..... and even if I can use them, I don't live my life glued to a cell phone or iPhone or Blackberry or whatever other electronic devices some people seem to think is indispensable to stay in the loop.

I needed to get the times for one of their movies. They were truly helpful and accurate.
