I found this wonderful shop by accident.

I found this wonderful shop by accident. I was checking on line to find someone to repair my volkswagen and found this shop listed with great reviews. I called and paid them a visit, I was very impressed with the professional way they answered all my questions and put me at ease.. I decided to let them work on my baby. She was returned in excellent repair, runs smooth and cool. I am VERY pleased.

I am woman who is fairly new to the area…

I am woman who is fairly new to the area. My AC quit working on my car and I had been nervous to take it somewhere because I have had experiences in the past where mechanics have been dishonest.

I took it to one place that looked at my car for 5 minutes and told me I needed to replace my whole electrical system/dash/climate control... and to take it to the dealer. Then another place said to replace the compressor (I knew it wasn't that because it would work sometimes and I'd hear it kick on.)

I came home a bit frustrated and decided took look online to see if I could find a place with great reviews. I looked online and found Alamo AC... I noticed they had several wonderful reviews on several websites. Not one person had a bad thing to say to about this place.

I had to drive about 25-30 minutes to get there, but it was worth it! Aggie was very nice the entire time and didn't make me feel uneasy because I was a woman in a garage. He explained what needed to be fixed and completed it while I was at work. I am impressed that he charged literally one-tenth of what others were telling me. This is an honest and reliable place!

He definitely has my business and I will spread the word around to all my friends.

BEST LITTLE SHOP IN HOUSTON!

I found this shop through a friend who constantly praised their work. I needed some work done on my Solara and thought I would check them out. I got several

quotes from other businesses before calling Alamo.

I sopke with Aggie, who was very helpful, gave me an estimate of possible work to be done.

Decided to have them do the work, as their estimate was lower, plus, my friend was very happy with his work. After picking up my car, it runs like a dream, also, two other shops stated I needed work done which turned out to be false. Alamo saved me

money, they are honest and my friend was right.

I SAVED $$

A friend sent me to Alamo, as she constanly tells her friends this is the place to go if you need your car repaired. I know she was very happy with her work, but was hesitant anyway. Boy am I glad I did, I saved $$$ big time! I held off with a review, but feel I now need to pass the word on.

RESTORATION EXPERTS

I happened to find this shop on the internet while surfing restoration and was very impressed with their reviews. I had been looking for someone to restore my 1962 Camero, she is my baby and I spent many months trying to find someone I felt confident with. I needed engine, paint, upholstery and about everything else replaced. I spoke with Aggie, the owner, he showed me several cars he had restored and decided "he's the one to do it!" I told him I was in no hurry just to take his time and do a good job. It was a good two months in progress, I visited very often to make sure my baby was in good hands. After receiving the finished product, I could not stop smiling for weeks, my baby looks like new, I have had so many compliments and she is now ready to show this spring. Thank you Aggie and Alamo, you have a dedicated customer.

Followed up on some of these reviews, thought no shop could be that cool, guess what, it is! Took my Tans Am in for new compressor job and other repairs, came back like new, I am very particular with who touches my machine. This is the man, Aggie is super. I will return

BEST STOP I EVER MADE

I had been trying to get my A/C to work on my Honda Civid, for months, I had it repaired, it worked for awhile then quit. Now that it is hot, I knew I could not wait. I spent a whole morning looking on the internet for shops and looking at their reviews, each time I searched ,Alamo popped up. They had great reviews, so I called them, to make a long story happily short, they got my A/C cold again at a very reasonalbe price, with warranty, so these reviews do help. I am writing one of which I never thought I would. Call them, you won't be sorry

Excellent work and Honest

This company knows what it is doing! After visiting last year, I have returned for all my repais and maintenance.

they are honest and reasonable. I've lost count how many friends I have sent to Aggie, they have never been

anything other than happy when to leave. This is a jewel that people with limited funds can use in this economy,

The dealership was charging double what I paid here.

AWESOME A/C repair shop with GREAT prices and EXCELLENT custom A/C work!



Took my 1998 Nissan 240sx by their shop to get A/C work done. Background: My 240sx is highly modified, and it has a newer japanese only motor in it. Unfortunately the A/C lines did not match up with my current A/C condenser at all. I took it by one morning and the main mechanic took a look at it and told me he could do it by making me a custom line, but that I should bring it back the next morning because they were extremely busy. I brought it back, and he took such great care of the car (he covered my racing seat and fenders so that it wouldn't get dirty), I was also extremely happy with how well and factory looking the custom A/C lines looked! He also stuck very close to his price estimate, and I now have great COLD A/C in my car! I couldn't be happier and would recommend Alamo Auto Air to ANYONE that needs general or even custom A/C work done on their car. I WILL be back with more business for you guys, and thanks!

Excellent Customer Service

I saw the review by Jane L., and being a woman like her, decided to give Alamo a try, I have been pulling my hair out trying to get my A/C to work properly. I took my car to three other places and got three different reasons why it isn't working. I decided to give Alamo a try, to my surprise, they found the problem, as Jane states, they explain everything to you in lay terms. I decided to have my A/C system done. I waited to write this review, as I had the work done three months ago and it is working like new. I will not hesitate to go back and to referr my friends. Excellent customer service! Sandra

REVIEWS DO HELP!

I decided to write a review on Alamo Auto Air, to let other people know there are honest shops out there. I had taken my vehicle to another shop for repairs that were completed, I started having problems right off the bat, I went back and forth with these people until I threatened "small claims"

they re-did it but I was not happy with the performance. I found Alamo on the internet and noticed reviews, so I took my vehicle over, they checked it out and found that my lst shop had not done the job correctly. Alamo pointed out what was needed and why, I had them re-do the job which they

did for a price way lower than the original job. To get to the point, the other company and I are going to court, Alamo has a dedicated customer and reviews do help! Bill McNay

THIS SHOP IS AWESOME

This shop is awsome, I shopped around for repairs to my car, I checked out several repair shops as well as the Honda dealership. Was I in for a rude awakening! The estimates took the breath out of me, I didnt want a new car, I just wanted it repaired. My brother told me to take it to Alamo where he had a good experience, I was not getting my hopes up but never the less, took it over. I could not believem, they game me an estimate comparible with the dealership, but at a much lower price. You bet I had them do it. I got a warranty, and have had no problems.

Honest and reasonable

I was referred to this shop by a friend who was a regular customer.

my A/C stopped working. I got estimates at several shops as well as the dealership. My vehicle is only three years old, so was quite shocked at what quotes I was getting,. I decided to give this shop

a call and went to get it checked out. They told me what was needed and it matched what the dealership said was needed. The

only difference was $400, I could not believe it, they were doing that much cheaper, so ya, I went ahead and did it. I got a one year warranty, and now my car is so cold its great. It has been six

months now and everything is working like new. Thank you Alamo Auto Air-
