The exercise classes run late as much as 30 minutes and this has been going on for months.

The pool is too cold, I have not been in the pool since October and that is my main activity because of arthritis, it is now May.

One solution was to clean the pool once a week so then the pool would be cold and dirty. If the water coming out of the spouts is cold then that is the problem that needs to be solved.

I was sick from October to January and in the hospital, I believe it was due to the cold water!!!

They let a man in a Darth Vadar costume exercise and he scared me to death, I thought he was a terrorist or up to something. Why would they let some one in the club wearing a mask and covered from head to toe?

I paid over $200 for a thermal swim outfit to help with the cold water. They need to solve some of the problems!

want to get your car broken into while working out with the least friendly staff intown this is the

The staff, including mangers, at this place DO NOT care about you for 1 second after you sign the contract. For that matter no one at this company does. I have been working out here for at least 7 years and a car is broken into in this parking lot every week... probably two to three a week and the company will do nothing about security because they don't want to be responsible for their customer. Do not join!!!... i am looking for other options myself.

Absolutely NOT ""the best of""

If this is the ""best of"" I'd hate to see the worst. After signing up with this location we found: 1) Not open 24-hours as their name implies and 2) within 2 weeks ""open"" hours were reduced further. Pool gets closed for a week when it's cleaned. I've never heard of taking a week to clean a pool? Forget about evening workouts Friday - Sunday. Hours are for the steam room and sauna were also cut back even on the days they are open 24-hours. Staff has never been very helpful after they sell you a membership. I watch those who are supposed to be ""personal trainers"" and they couldn't look less interested in their clients (members). They've changed the morning classes offered to times that only the non-working person can attend. No early morning classes before 9:00a.m. Oh yes, they are forever running out of towels!

Good Health Club For Travelers

Clean, modern healthclub. If you're traveling, this chain offers a convenient, inexpensive alternative to working out in those tiny, hotel clubs. These gyms are usually huge with lots of free weights, racks, cardio equipment and machines. Ive been to both of the Westheimer clubs and have never been disappointed.
