Its not often that I get online to comment about something, but when I do, you can believe that I'm real in what I say. I don't have any hidden agendas nor motives other than stating what the truth is. First I have to say that zip was well trained in my career field to detect certain untruths in a conversation. But because I was under the impression that certain entities were capable of doing a professional job I was not too much worried about my move. Until my actual move and detecting lies in conversation with Management is when I started taking and documenting notes during my stay here at Cypresswood Estates. When I asked to view the apartment I was told that the tenant before me had not moved out. Then come to find out through other residents and Maintenance that the apartment had been vacant for an insurmountable period of time due to Mold in the apartment. But before then I'd reported hat I'd detected that mold was in the apartment and that I actually would get headaches and I'll when around it. The next day Management had Company out checking for it and thank God I came in in time to hear the Representative acknowledge that it was something detected in the area. He then sprayed dome type of enzyme in area plus additionally sprayed at my request in closet area where I'd also smelled moldy smell. But with each conversation with Management it was always denial. But in prior conversation she acknowledged that they had worked on that apartment and worked on that apartment, which let me know that this was a farce. Since that incident other lies were detected to let me know that in fact these people have a tendency of lying to cover up another lie then try to turn the tables to make it seems that you are at fault for their cover up when you point out their fault. I've always been the type who gives anything a benefit of a doubt but when I feel that I'm being under mined I confront the issue. I don't sugar coat nor sit back twiddling my thumbs when there's a problem in the household. Because I've expressed my issues with Management in which there's no love loss I am not completely satisfied because I feel I deserve an apology for them assuming because I'm here that I'm happy. I have a pet peeve about lying and manipulation. This is my grievance report for management. As for the apartment complex other than the problems inside the unit I rate them as a two for the quietness.

My grandmother recently spent some time rehabbing at The Plaza Health Services at The Buckingham. Not only is the building beautiful and clean, the staff is prompt, responsible and always offering a smile. The superior staff is always available to answer questions or concerns and really takes the time to help families feel relevant and important. Excellent customer service stood out to me specifically because as soon as we arrived, the process was smooth, organized and positive. They work as a team and put every resident AND family first! I highly recommend this community. They also have an incredibly educated team and a dynamic therapy team. Overall an excellent experience.
The Buckingham is unlike any senior living community I have ever experienced. the campus is gorgeous and the staff is so friendly and professional. I would definitely put my parents here.
