Great store! It's a few hundred feet from our door, so those of us who work at channel 13 buy of lot of things there. Bakery, deli, salad bar, produce, sushi - all very good. We buy lots of plants and flowers there. The discount counter is great and the seasonal savings is terriffic as they make down their goods up to 50% off and usually handle only quality merchandise. We just bought a nice patio furniture set for $ 200, marked down from $ 400, that was much nicer than the ones on clearance at Home Depot that cost $ 600! After Christmas sales are super and their wine selection is outstanding for a grocery store. We have bought a lot of kitchen accessories, plates, etc; over the years the store opened. I'm a big fan of their manager's specials in the meat section. They are always meat nearing expiration date, just like most supermarkets these days. The difference is that because it's an upscale store, the quality of meat on clearance is often exceptional. We just had 2 N.Y. strips last night the equal of most good resturants and the meat cost us less than $ 9.00. Altogether a very good shopping experience in a safe, crime-free area, well lighted with security and a number of other interesting shops on the parking lot area. You ought to try it!
Not the pharmacy, the whole store. I have discovered merit here that outweighs their inconvenient marketing ploys. H-E-B's generic products are almost always better than higher priced brands. Taste their Classic Selections frozen dinners, especially the meatloaf.

This HEB is very clean.. cheap prices than randalls , krogers, and fiesta... very nice people... at first I was upset because of the extra traffic.. but I now shop there everyday.... thanks guys for building a new market on my block
After a dynamic word from Pastor Anderson at Lilly Grove Baptist Church, I was energized to finish cooking dinner for my son's family, with whom I was visiting. I just needed a few items so I asked YP for the nearest grocery stores. Among the suggestions was H-E-B on Scott. Such a neat little st…
This HEB is an old and smaller store without gourmet items, like fresh polenta. The prices are good. The personnel are very helpful, including the checkers who are very friendly and seem to enjoy their job. It's a pleasure to shop there and also the parking lot goes right up to the store and you…
This location is not as impressive as HEB's Central Market location, but I think it deserves some credit. They sample party foods and have a chef who does cooking demonstrations with products that are on sale. They also sample wines.\r They have some pretty reasonable Jalepeno, crab, and crea…
Most HEBs here in Houston are pretty disgusting (unlike Austin), which is why I'm so happy I now live just down the street from this great store. The place is always very clean, and the workers are always very nice. The deli folks are particularly nice, and they don't get mad when I have to tas…
This is probably not one of the best HEB's, maybe even below average.. but occasionally, you are bound to find something interesting that other stores just don't carry. In terms of size and selection, this store is about average with a notable selection of Latin products. There is no meat …
Generally, HEB is a great grocery chain.. however this is clearly not one of their better locations. Although this location does carry the basics, it's selection beyond that will leave most people relatively unimpressed. This location also exhibits a lower standard of quality in comparison …

From Business: Table 57 is a sit-down restaurant serving a variety of chef-inspired meals, hard to find wines and a wide selection of Texas craft brews on tap. Patrons can also enjoy an outdoor entertainment stage, a children’s play area, a growler station and a full-service beer/wine bar.
I needed a special order for a Veteran in surgery, with a large family in waiting. Stella, got on the ball and got my fruit tray, veggie tray and sandwich tray sent out as fast as she could get it assembled. The food was excellent, the fruit and vegetables very fresh and was GREATLY APPRECIATED by the family that was too busy and concerned to go out and try to find food in a town they weren't familiar with. To top it off, because of the situation, they got it out by early afternoon. GREAT JOB and it is GREATLY APPRECIATED by all of us. Thank you so much for all of the extra effort you went through to make things a bit easier for our Veterans and their families. They didn't hesitate to handle the special situation!!! Thanks from the bottom of all of our hearts. Tammy B. Lafayette, LA.
If you are thinking about joining a discount club and aren't sure which one to choose ....go with Costco! The membership is $50.00 (basic) or 100.00 for the one that you earn $ back on. You will get at least $50.00 back at the end of the year but depending on how much you spend you can get much more. Costco in my opinion has better items for sale as well as better food items. The meat department is amazing!! Hope this review helps :)
I lived in Houston for almost three years, and always shopped at this Kroger. All the associates were very polite, and helpful. The manager was great, and the store always clean. The gentlman over the wine section was wonderful. Now I live in Marshall, I have not been able to find a great store, so I shop at different markets. I sure miss Kroger on Voss Rd. in Houston.
Kroger has a very good variety of products. The management personnel is very glad to help. It's a large store and the one drawback to the store is the way the parking lot is set up. You usually have to walk quite a ways from your car to the store and then walking all the way to the pharmacy in the back is quite a trek.
This floral dept is amazing. Who would have guessed it is in a grocery store. These ladies are truly professionals in their craft. They always have a little something out of the ordinary, with stories and info to go along with it. Their talent is truly an art form. I recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors.
awesome store! has everything and if you can't find it - there are always managers standing up front by registers willing to help. They are slow in the deli dept - need more help - but the food is great. they give free samples all the time and often have live music and free wine tasting as well!
I am looking for a grocery store where I can buy about ten pounds of raw green olives, untreated, straight from the olive tree. I am wondering if it is available and if you sell that kind of fruit. Please advise with my thanks inadvance. Tony Yabroudi
Great Customer Service and products. They even ship to Canada for free. As far as the shipping goes, you really can't beat it if you can wait another day or so for the item. It's worth it, really.
I have shopped at several different Kroger stores and have always been pleased with the product selection and the cleanliness of the stores as well as customer service.
