What I like best about the facility is the child care area. The children's area has a flat screen television, study area, playground, tables with toys and seating. It does however get very, very packed in the evening. They give you two hours to workout before you need to pickup your child/ren. While you are working out they have televisions going that view the children's area which is wonderful. There is a nice enclosed women's section that is not too big and not too small for those who are little bit more bashful. The downfall of the gym is no inside running track, swimming area or wet sauna, there is a dry sauna. On occasion it is hard to find loose weight bars that are light enough for women to use in the free weights area, however you can use a bar in the aerobics area.
Phat body is a good gym to workout at. However the trainers are very nice. The environment is very pleasant and very family oriented.I went into Phat body with concerns on how to better my overall health,I wanted to be able to run on the treadmill for 30 min..and not be tired and feel faint. My eating habits were horrible. The Trainer Deandre was able to help me achieve my goal, thanks to him I've lost 20 pounds in 4 weeks, able to run on treadmill for 45min know and not feel like i need some oxygen : ) or faint. Also my eating habits are great! Deandre is extremely knowledgeable of Health and Fitness. I would highly recommend Deandre...he will achieve the results that your looking for and get the job done for you. God bless..
I was referred to Phat Bodies through a friend and have nothing but good things to say. No its not a typical gym but it will get the job done. As far as the personal trainer Zeno he is honest and compassinate about his job. From the first time meeting he has been pleasant and easy to work with. He is fexible with your schedule and has a good spirit about him. Nothing but high fives and praises for Zeno and Phat Bodies.
