Absolutely the best!!!! Bob (the owner) was not able to come out, but sent his crew. I called and 90 minutes later they were here. Shawn and his associate quickly diagnosed problem as my door was not closing. Sensor(which I didn't even know I had as it is located up by the motor and not at the usual place on the lower rail area) had been dislodged and was not aimed properly. They didn't even charge me their minimun service call fee of $89. I have been looking at replacing my door and motor for awhile for astetics and the motor is really old. After looking at Costco, Lowe's and other options, I will use no other than Quality Door Service!! They helped me in an emergency, didn't gouge me and I always prefer to support local, small businesses even if it costs me a few dollars more. Although it won't in this case. Call Bob for all your garage door needs!! PS...I never write reviews, but their efforts and service shoud not go unstated.
Quality Door Service is wonderful!! I was already running late for work and then my garage door refused to go up! I called them praying that they could come quickly. I spoke with Bob who said he'd be there in an hour. Less than an hour after my call he showed up. He quickly found the problem (a cable had come off) and fixed it in no time. My past experiences with other door companies were not great, so I was pleasantly surprised! Plus the cost was very reasonable. Not only did he fix the problem, he showed me what I needed to do to maintain the door. I will definitly use them again and recommend them to all my friends. Thank you Bob!
Big Edd's is owned by a personable lady who set up the Doorlink garage door/remote opener replacement for me and her employee Solis completed the install in about 3 1/2 hours in early part of Dec. 2012. This company was a referral from my father, so I would certainly recommend it to my friends. My old wooden door had missing panels/missing glass and the new door was a huge improvement! If you call, she'll answer!
