We were referred by a friend and I'm pretty pleased overall especially with the amount of time they've saved us. From the first visit, the consultant offered suggestions to help speed up work flow and the girls in the office just thought it was amazing. They installed a server where we put everything we're working on now. It has never gone down but they've been out to replace the hard drives. We feel really secure now that we know where all of our stuff is and that it backs up everyday. What I think I like most is just how helpful the staff is. We call them a lot with little stuff and they never get impatient. There is a woman in the office who's nice and the guys who come out are professional. We will definitely call them when we finish adding the new office space. I think they only work with small companies like us (we have just over 20 employees). My friend's company is like 75-100. They offer free cloud storage (which we only use for some stuff) which I think is nice. I think they changed their website recently (it looks different). Sorry for the long review. Yes, I would recommend them.

Last week it was raining like cats and dog. Our Drive-Thru Headset System stopped working. Customer can hear us and we can't hear the customer. We was loosing business during the lunch rush. Temporary we put pull forward sigh at our speak post for customers. Than I called Drive-Thru Headset Systems & they was hear at my location in 35 minutes. They told me that my mic at Drive-Thru speaker post got damaged due to heavy rain. They replaced it with in 10 minutes. So with in 45 minutes we was back in business, they are life savers. Last time we had a problem with our Drive-Thru Headset Systems the other company took 6 hours to just show up my location. They saved us from loosing bushiness. Guess what? Next time if I had problem with my Drive-Thru Wireless communication system, I am calling Drive-Thru Headset Systems. They told me that they also do Drive-Thru Timer system & Drive-Thru Order confirmation. Now they are our restaurant equipment and supplies. Keep it up with good work.
We found JLBCTECH 2 days ago, when we were having problems with our office computers. We called around and most "geeks" were extremely expensive. We called JLBCTECH 2nd and were amazed on the prices. They came out the same day and fixed the problem within a hour. The 2nd computer they told us that it could take up 6 hours to complete because it needed a full system recovery plus data backup. Instead of making us spend money the offered a flat rate special which was perfect. If you have any major problems, I highly suggest to give this guys a call and ask for the flat rate special. simply life-saving
