My experience with APM Electronics, was great. Even reading the reviews, I took a chance. We as people always have something to say when it doesn’t go our way. I work at Wal-Mart and I know how hard customer service can be. With that said; here is my review. Amazed how clean this shop is, for a repair shop. The people very nice and professional. They did let me know what their service fee is up front & more less how long it would take to look at my receiver. 2 days was not bad at all. I asked about their fee. They said part of that fee would go towards my balance. I didn’t read that information on the reviews. Here is the following I didn’t read on the reviews. They will try to fix part before ordering a part, If needed to order part….. they would search with manufacture first. If not possible they would try other places and their suppliers. Because my unit is a more than a few years old, there might be a possibility that they wouldn’t be able to repair only because the part is not available. They will try by all means to repair it……. So it was my decision to once again to take that chance. I felt comfortable with the information given and the people working in that facility. I told they have been in this same location for over 20 years. That to me, has a lot to say for a company. Long story short. It took 2 months before they gave me the good news. I was also told to call them, because they are trying to turn equipment back to customers on a timely manner, and due to that, they would greatly appreciated if I called them every day if it made me feel better. I am a happy camper. I have my receiver back with the sound that no other would produce. Thank you APM ELECTRONICS, I hope this will help all review readers out there. No one is perfect!
I was working in Stillwater Oklahoma, but I live in Louisiana. I needed a new F-250 and since my commute back home was nearly 1000 miles, I decided to get prices from Tulsa to Oklahoma City, Dallas to Houston, Lake Charles to Baton Rouge.... Needless to say, I had quite a few quotes come back and the best deal I found was at Chastang Ford in Houston. I was contacted by David Ross, via email as requested, and he worked with me and did what I asked, going as far as doing a thorough body walk around and taking pictures of the engine bay since I was not going to be able to view it in person being in Oklahoma... Always polite and very professional, I highly recommend him as an individual and a sales consultant. Since I was still in Stillwater at the time of purchase, I had to do all my paperwork over the internet and through the mail, but these were obstacles that were easily overcome by the staff at Chastang. A smoother transaction, I've never had any... I was not pressured by David one bit and when I asked a question, I received a straight and prompt answer... When my wife finally got to bring me my truck, it was as described and in great mechanical condition as promised! Finding a dealership that you can trust can be nearly impossible, but I know that my consultant, David Ross, has the integrity that all pre-owned vehicle seekers desire. -Gerald Eckard
Don't bother looking for anyone else to fix your TV. I called on a Saturday @ 1:00, they said they'd be there by 4. Mike was here at 4, had the bulb I needed for a 52" DLP LG TV, and fixed it in 30 minutes. Then he proceeded to hook up everything (PS3, DVR, cable, stereo), and made sure everything worked. Very reliable company, I can't speak highly enough about them, if you need your TV repaired, call ARBAT, and you won't be disappointed. I searched the internet, and found many companies to choose from, but everyone said it'd be a week or so to come out, and most of the reviews I read were mediocre to bad, but after reading the other reviews on this site, everything written was true- like I said, don't bother searching for another company. These people will take care of you, and I will tell anyone who has TV problems to call them first. Thanks ARBAT!!!
