My experience with Enterprise has always been positive. Human resource management is difficult but Enterprise personnel have always been courteous and professional towards me. From Maryland to Texas I have not had any occasion to complsin about service rendered. Ee should understand the pressure we put on them, needing cars at the spur of a moment , wanting a particular size and rven brand. Enterprise even had to srnd me to Toyota once, with a manager, in a quest to satisfy me, to pick up a brand new Toyota Camry with 3miles on it, because I needed a full size car and they had run out of this size. If you communicate and do research, you can benefit from discounts: weekend specials, gas, etc. The Shuttle service is equally reliable. I have been picked up from home and dropped off at home on several occasions. All you need to do is plan well ahead and you will enjoy using the services of Enterprise. From Maryland to Texas, I remain an Enterprise customer!

Awesome experience! Full week of travel. On my way home, through Houston to Austin. My 10:00 pm flight was cancelled. I easily booked a car online. My cellphone was almost dead and I did not have a car charger. I spoke with the ladies at the front desk. They had car chargers, but recommended that I find a car with a USB port. Then they went out of their way to call the garage and ask them to help me find a car with a USB charge port. When I went to the garage, he was waiting with a cold bottle of water! Fantastic! He walked with me and looked to find the right car. He checked the car for me and made sure everything was in good order. As I was leaving, the exit lady asked where I was headed. She recommended the best route home. Welcomed experience after all the flight issues!
I BOOKED MY 4DAY RENTAL RESERVATION BY PHONE. I WAS SURPRISED THAT MY RENTAL WAS A LITTLE CHEAPER WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE LOCATION. THE YOUNG MAN AT THE COUNTER "JOHN" GREETED ME WITH A SMILE, AND WAS FRIENDLY. THE NEXT MORNING,I REALIZED I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO READ THE MILEAGE GAGE. SO I RETURN BACK TO THE LOCATION. WHERE GREETED BY "JOHN" AGAIN HE PATIENTLY SHOWED ME HOW TO READ& RESET. AND OFFERED ME EXTRA MILES FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. SOMETHING ABOUT IT BEING LOCK. ALTHOUGH I DIDN'T NEED IT,I THOUGHT THAT WAS A NICE JESTER. ENDING, I WANT TO SAY I HAVE TAKEN A LONG BREAK FROM ENTERPRISE. AND STARTED USING ALAMO. NOW, I'M HAPPY TO SAY I LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING TO ENTERPRISE. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE,PRICES, AND LOCATION. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK JOHN & STAFF AT BEAR CREEK.
I had a horrible experience with the new assistant manager(a girl named Jordan). Her customer service ethic is unacceptable. I've been renting cars at the shadowbriar location for years & due to the service I received from this individual, I was willing to expire the relationship I'd built with this location. Fortunately I was contacted by the branch manager after filing a complaint online. Cedric James was very professional and took ownership for the actions of his employee. He was very apologetic and willing to go above & beyond to keep me as a valued customer. He lives up to his title as a branch manager and brings value to his company's name.
I have been doing business with Enterprise for years. They have always been my favorite . I love this location because of the convenience in hours, location and staff. We have had a few unpleasant incidents with them :however they made things right! That I really appreciate. I have always been a big fan of their customer services ! Their cars are always dependable and I use them frequent so that I can travel to visit my family in my hometown. I felt like i cheated on them when i had to use pay less and hertz's . I could defiantly tell the difference in the over all services . I truly Thank Enterprise for an excellent job!
I rent very often as I travel for business purposes. I booked this truck using the Enterprise app. Very fast and easy. When I arrived at the airport, there was no one at the counter so I proceeded to shuttle. Was not long wait, shuttle filled up quickly and we were dropped off at the site. I was waiting on with out a long wait. they had the unit I reserved. The person taking care of me was named Beonca. May not be spelled correctly. She went above and beyond expectations to satisfy our needs. Truck was very nice, new and clean. She even ran it through the was again and brought it back. I recommend this branch highly.
Alamo had the best price for all size vehicles under the Costco membership. They provided Great customer service. Quick and simple at the desk where we completed the paper work and signed the rental agreement. We were grateful to be handed a bottle of cold water as we approached the pick up area and were shown to the cars to choose for our size vehicle. Return was also simple and quick with a very helpful shuttle driver/service to get us to the terminal. I would certainly recommend Alamo and will definitely use them for future rentals.
I am a an enterprise plus member so I travel quite frequently. I recently visited Houston and had to make another business trip while I was there. I used the Enterprise at the Hobby airport and in addition to their convenient reservation Dept, clean and updated cars, they also have a very friendly staff. Mr Terrance Beaman was by far one of the best and most professional employees I have ever met at Enterprise!!! You keep up the good work and I will continue to rent from Enterprise at Hobby Airport when I am in Houston!!!!!
Being a first time, young renter I figured I would be charged an obscene amount of money but it was the exact opposite. From the moment I walked through their doors they greeted me as if I had been a lifelong renter, treated me respectfully and didn't talk down to me once. The car they gave me was incredible. Practically new with all the features I requested, no compromises were made. I will definitely be renting from them next time I travel anywhere. Ten out of five stars.
Good: Service people are ALWAYS friendly and treat you like family. ..especially the Manager Cedric. He will handle any task you place before him. I also love the fact that I they make you feel valued and not just another person with a reservation. Bad: They are not as prompt as they should be when having a vehicle ready..This is a busy location however they need to keep in mind that customers have busy schedules and would like to get in and out when renting a car.
