St Bernadette Church

I called to ask about utility assistance and the women (Mrs. Gloria) was extremely rude. She talked to me as though I was a child being reprimanded when I asked a question about obtaining assistance with their charitable organization. I have spoken with Mr. Cullen before and he was sincere and understanding, never once speaking to me as though I was "beneath him". Mrs. Gloria is a disgraceful representative of this wonderful church and should not be allowed to represent the church/congregation in their charitable outreach programs. I am in utter shock at this event and would like to spare other people in my situation from experiencing her detrimental attitude when speaking with the public.
