        CrossFit: Evolution Training, LLC offers an effective, unique strength and conditioning program fit for people of all ages, gender, shapes, and sizes. Our family gym offers interactive group classes that combine gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning (cardio) in everchanging combinations that will leave you and your body guessing what comes next! You can EXPECT measurable gains in stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy, cardiovascular/respiratory endurance. Martial Arts: Our Evolution Training, LLC martial arts program is run by Ernest "Waffle" Ellender, PhD, who earned his black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under David Camarillo's Guerrilla Jiu Jitsu system. We offer both adult and kids classes in Jiu Jitsu. We also combine Judo, wrestling, and submission grappling into our program, as well as San Shou kickboxing (taught by Anne Cooper under guidance of Master Jeff Bordelon).

        I first came here because of the special offer of free private lesson, uniform and trial period, and I have been here almost every day since. We have a lot of fun here every week. A lot of great instruction, lots of drilling and all the training I could ask for. The instructors are cool too, and take their time answering my questions. I've only been training 3 months now, but I'm learning fast and look forward to competing. My instructors Waffle, Scotty and Anne are very encouraging but also cautious about me not competing too soon before I'm really ready. Soon enough I will get there with the help of Evolution Training!
