i bought 2 rooms of furniture from ashlley 5 years ago along with the extended warranty and was told that if i didnt use the warranty i would receive store credit after the warranty expired. I called today and was tolf i have until july to use my store credit but that it was 199.00 not the 250.00 that i paid. II was also told that the item i purchase has to be double the amount of the credit. I was not told ANY of this at the time of purchase so now i have the choice of spending 199.00 that i cany afford or losing the 199.00 owed to me!!! Most of all the furniture is 5 years old and falling apart!!! Nothing that needs attention is covered by the warranty this was a complete waste of 1000.00. I have only 1 child that is 13 and i dont sit in either the sofa or love seat it is used by only him and on rare occasions company so it has not been used and abused.
